Recently purchased an Acura TL from LF and I must say I was very impressed by the professional treatment I received. When I first arrived at their location and told them what I was looking for, Dimitri and Nick were very helpful and aiding. They let me test drive the car and even take it on the highway for a spin. All their cars are in excellent condition. I bought my Acura about a 2 months ago from LF and haven't acquired any problems since then as it should be! The car is in excellent condition and runs very smooth. This was my first experience buying a used car from a dealer, and so far, it has been a great experience. At LF Autos, Dmitri and Nick (Nick Nokolov, for all you Bullwinkle and Mussorgsky fans) were fine with my taking the car to my own mechanic before purchase. In fact, they knew each other. Don has been my mechanic for 20 years. (Did I say that? Yeah. 20 years.) He found a few things that needed attention (low oil, new tranny fluid, noise in the rear-which turned out to be a rotor), but pronounced the car ?a good one.? I wrote a check for good faith, and Nick made good on his promise not to cash it before the actual purchase. It took a couple of tries, but LF Autos took care of all the fixes and made good on all their promises. I drove away guardedly happy-my biggest worry was that I missed something and that it wouldn?t get fixed. I am not worried about that now. The first time driving at night, the dash lights began to dim and go out. I called LF Autos, told them about the problem. I was leaving for the weekend and Dmitri picked up the car that night and dropped it off, fixed, to my door before I got back home. Despite the fact that first Dmitri and then Nick were both ill with awful colds, they addressed every issue promptly and politely. And they are just plain great to listen to. Their Bulgarian accent reminds me of my folks-my tantes and uncles. (Who have never sold me a used car). LF Autos is on the corner of 34th and Keswick in Hampden. It's easy to get to and to park. Cars come with a 30 day warranty which is very specific. The issues I had were not covered under the warranty, but LF Autos fixed them anyway. I would send my kids here, and would certainly buy another car here. This is going to become a very big dealership. Buy now, before they hire people who can?t possibly be as much fun to deal with! My new/used Element kicks butt! And it was not overpriced. Nick and Dmitri picked a great car. And now it?s mine!

I recently bought a used BMW 525I from LF Autos. My first impression was that the lot was neat and cars were in great condition. I then met Nick, who was friendly and professional. A week later, I purchased my car, but later had some concerns. I was assured by Nick and his partner Dimitri, that all concerns would be taken care of. I later gave them a list of a few items and to my surprise, the issues were not only taken care of quickly. They were taken care of with a smile! For me, that said everything! The process of purchasing the vehicle from LFAuto went smoothly and efficiently. The Salesman was extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the car purchase. Nick arranged an excellent loan package and recommended an affordable extended warranty program that covered my car for an additional 100,000 miles. There was cosmetic damage to the leather on both front seats, Nick committed to repair the blemish. Within a short period of time I was back at LFAuto where the blimish was repaired to my total satisfaction.
