Buyer beware VIP service does not exist
Don’t buy a car from this dealer based on the VIP treatment they advertise Loaner cars ?? Only with a scheduled appointment. But they barely do appointments for service. They used to do appointments for everything. They say to go to quick lane. I went to quick lane. Over 2 hours for an oil change! And they didn’t have time to do my 40,000 maintenance or check the noise my car was making. But 2 days prior i tried to make an appointment and get a loaner and they said no! Go to quick lane. So i can’t make an appointment and quick lane said they had no time (at 7:00 in the morning). So how does one get this stupid expensive maintenance done? Over the past years the service here has deteriorated. I am about to buy a new car and absolutely love my escape... but with this degree of horrible service I’ll be forced to go somewhere else

No more loaners
Explain what lifetime loaner cars actually means? I tried to make an appointment to drop off car for 40,000 mile maintenance. I was told not only couldn’t i make an appointment, i couldn’t get a loaner. I bought this car for the alleged VIP service. I cannot. be without my car I was about to upgrade to a new car but now will not by a Ford

This situation has been going on for a very long time. Service just keeps getting worse. I can’t ever reach this manager. Direct line goes to voicemail. Calls are never returned. Mr ballen continues to say he’d be glad to discuss the issues yet all this time i haven’t been able to reach him. BUYER BEWARE
Terrible!!!
Absolutely the worst car company and dealership ever. Poor customer service, rude managers and workers. They will literally waste your time and money and if your car is under warranty they will not do anything about the problem you have, cause Ford company doesn't pay them to fix it it's free that the logic behind it. So poor I do not suggest these ripp off artists....

If you want to wait 3 hours for an oil change and inspection
I got up at 6:30 AM to make it to the quick lane by 7am since it’s first come first serve, and if you’re not there and first in line you have no chance of getting your car back. It took OVER TWO HOURS after being FIRST in line on quick lane for an oil change and a NYS Inspection. This place is garbage, I’ve never had one pleasant experience. I love my ford but there is nothing good about using their service center here. Just find a regular shop and get your car done there if you like to enjoy your time and not sit in the lobby for 3 hours waiting with no updates.

I’ve had my Ford for 7 years with 7 years of impeccable service! I was promised VIP service when I purchased the car and received nothing less. I was so happy when Joe returned to the service department. He has always treated me like family and I am sooo thankful for his help throughout the years. He definitely represents Ford well. It was also great to work with Antonio. Ford service is top notch!!

Lacking in Customer Service
Visited to inquire about renewing/replacing 2 vehicles that were coming off Lease. They were uninterested. Then I tried to set up an appointment to return the 2 vehicles originally leased from this dealership and they weren't able to assist with this either. Left messages and didn't receive a call back. VIP Auto Group ---- I guess they consider themselves VIP's because they certainly don't treat their customers like VIPs.

Service department leaves quite a lot to be desired
While the service advisors at this dealership are very nice, it does not negate the face that every time I have brought my car in for any service there has been an issue. I recently against my better judgment I took it in for an oil change, and long behold I discover they forgot to put the oil pan cover back on my skid plate. I call and I am told no problem bring it in and we will replace it. So, I drive the 30 minutes all the way there wait for over an hour for a piece that takes tops 10 minutes to place on and I am told they don’t have the part and will have to order it and it will come in 3-5 days. Cut to 10+ days later where I am told the part came in and to come in. I return again and wait now for a speedy 20 minutes for them to tell me the bolts were the wrong ones and they will have them tomorrow. This is now the third time for a mistake they made and it has still not been remedied. I will NEVER be using Levittown ford or any member of this so called vip auto group ever again in any way shape or form.

The service center is Horrible
Let me start off by saying i don't usually write reviews, but i am so annoyed at the Levittown Service Center. This is not the first time i have been there with my 2017 Ford Explorer. I have been there for oil changes and of course 4 new tires because they said i never rotated them so they were all bad, i have complained about air coming from my front windshield when i drive, of course they cant find anything wrong, and my sensors keep going off when im driving, again they cant find anything wrong. Well today i went in for an oil change. no i didnt have an appointment, when i got there i was told it would take 2 hours. I did originally say ok but after 45 minutes i asked if the car wasnt in to be worked on yet i would take it and come back, that was at 12;25, i was told the car was already brought in and was being worked on, so i said ok, it wont take long. Well an hour later at 1:30 i still didnt have my car. The girls at the front desk were very nice and they were looking into it with my service person, i dont know her name but she was the only female associate there. She never came out to me and at 1:50 the front desk girls called me up apologized for taking so long and handed me my keys, When i asked about paperwork i was told if there was any my service associate will mail them to me...I have never heard of this, and if this is how their customers are treated I won't be going back there. I will be looking for a different ford service center to bring my car from now on.
