I went in to purchase a new battery. I feel like I was racially profiled. The people at the service center did not want to help. When they did help, they acted as if this was not my car. They wanted receipts for the battery. They wanted to know where I had purchased the car from. The battery is stamped with 2020 as the date but yet you say the 84 month warranty doesn't apply to this battery. All kinds of foolishness. Im disappointed and disturbed as to how I was treated this morning.

I want to commend this team! Brittany was absolutely a breath of fresh air! My husband usually handles all of the vehicle purchases and I am proud to say that because of Brittany’s amazing attitude I was capable of handling the purchase on my own! This is my second QX80 and I plan on continuing to be a part of the Infiniti family!!! I pray Brittany has a long and successful career with Infiniti so that I can continue to feel so confident in my ability to purchase! If I was able to give 10 plus 10 to “Infiniti” (☺️) and beyond … I would!! All dealerships should be so lucky to have a team this well established! The extra little gifts were so appreciated - it felt like a truly special day!! The travel cup, hat and cupcakes were simply adorable! Mike in financing was on top of everything and got me in and out in such a timely manner, definitely not the typical pain-staking experience! And, let me not forget Tim - he is quite the professional!! He absolutely is the definition of true management!!! Again, BEST TEAM EVER!!!
