THE "SALES TEAM" that they hired was terrible.

They lied to me multiple times and then tried to sell me a truck that had been in 5 accidents. It was also priced $6000 more than one down the street with less miles and NO ACCIDENTS. ABSOLUTE CON ARTISTS. They pressured me the entire time and then cussed me out when I wouldn't sign the papers on another truck. STAY FAR AWAY.

most unorganized company

I went and looked at a 14 Dodge Ram. Ran my credit, got a rate told bobby I would call my bank the next day and get back with him, I AM INTERESTED in this truck. Next morning reassured him I am actively searching financing for this truck. Found a co-signer later and called around 5pm that day to run the credit with both of us. Got the numbers back I liked them so said I will be there before you close to close the deal. The man on the phone said that the truck had been transferred to Indy that morning there is an appointment at noon the next day to look at it and they cannot cancel that appointment. So here I am the second day waiting to see the truck I ran my credit for 3 times and my co-signer ran his credit WHEN THE TRUCK HAD NOT BEEN ON THE LOT ALL DAY. Absolutely horrible company management. Calls being constantly misdirected to avoid the fact that someone had messed up and allowed the truck to go and not held the truck as I was seeking finance. Very very displeased with this branch of Bart’s..

Bart?s car store- Columbia City IN

I went to Bart?s car store a couple weeks ago to get a used truck when I got there they already had the door open for me to walk in. My family and I said down and talk to a dealer named Chris Fish, he was an exellant dealer and made sure I got the truck I wanted within my budget he was very kind and made sure the truck was going to be running for a while so that I had no troubles with it. Kind and attentive

Bart's Car Store Fort Wayne/Columbia Indiana

We found online. a truck we'd been looking @ for awhile. Then everything fell into place, for us. The truck, the price & our ability to buy cash. We were in the Southern part of Indiana. They worked stuff out, with & for us. Before making the long trip. Once we arrived, we were over joyed by, the truck. The performance, the appearance. Then when we talk turkey, we were delighted. They were able & willing to do what we talked about, online. We paid our $, got our paper work & drove back to S. Ind. NO problems of any sort.

Rude and Unprofessional

Went to look at a truck and when I got there was confusion as to which one after talking to them over email for 3 days. The staff was hardly friendly and when it came to negotiating the sales man hadn't even looked through the truck yet. When explaining that the repairs would cost $4-5k if I were to do them myself (a diesel mechanic) the best they could take off the price was $500. Also, they tried to put an extra tax at the wrong % onto the total. Not impressed.

I like a company who admits fault

So I bought the exact car I wanted back in march, thought we had a wonderful transaction and was happy overall. I get served papers (BY MY BOSS) last month stating they filed a court case because I owed on a payoff. I did my bank paperwork and come to find out they either lost my check or just didnt deposit it. I called the financial dept and wanting to get to the bottom of this, and asked about the check that I physically handed over to them while picking up my car from a detailing. She said she knew nothing about it, and I forgave that because i didn't hand it to her, I handed it to a salesperson. My fault for not demanding a manager or financial manager. So I asked why I didn't get a notice and she said they sent one and knowing I didnt receive one I asked the address they sent it to. It was an incomplete address and it got sent back to the store so I asked why they didn't double check the file I filled out because I know I had it all wrote down. I couldn't get an answer. I asked why they didnt call. I talked to my salesperson several times and know they had my number. No answer there either. I called the store manager 10 times trying to get them to make it right and cover the court cost since this whole thing was filed needlessly. Not one call back and the financial dept got quite snippy with me, even though this was their fault. So I will not be back, and if you think companies should stand behind themselves I would move on. I went above and beyond to keep a good relationship with barts and they definitely showed me how they felt about my business.

Unsatisfied

I purchased an Acadia on Friday, July 3rd. My salesguy was Branson and he had the car shipped/sent to the Anderson store on the following Monday. The car had not been through clean up and Branson promised to have it washed, buffed, detailed and filled with gas for when I pick it up on Monday. We went to pick it up and the rear wiper arm was broken and hanging from the hose the car was filthy, the outside windows had a film of some sort on each of them. We had to take the car down the road to another dealership and wait 1 1/2 hours to get the wiper fixed. We had to scrape all of the outside windows and mirrors to get the film off as well as wax the vehicle ourselves. The gas tank was at a little over 1/4 full. With it only being an hour and half drive it is obvious the tank was not filled. This is the 1st car I have purchased in over 10 years and was completely excited to find such a nice newer car. It was extremely disappointing to pick it up and have these issues to deal with and left with broken promises from such a well known car dealer. I emailed the Manager of the store as well as the salesguy and have yet to hear from the Manager. I did get a response from Branson who only apologized for the bad shape it came in and blamed it on the driver who delivered it. He said he helped himself with the clean-up of the car but no way was it detailed.
