Barts Car Store-Columbia City

I called and asked for a specific special. I was advised that it was still available. Drove 45 minutes and when I got there no car in sight. After 15 minutes of looking the salesperson finally goes in and asks the sales manager to be told that it was sold yesterday. Then they tried to sell me another car for a higher price. Very dishonest advertising. They have wasted enough of my time. I would not recommend Bart's Car Store to anyone.

Bart's Car Store just plays people and wait for them to invest their time and emotion into a car. Then they demand a higher price than the listing price and they say the original price was a mistake. If you question anything, they simply dismiss you with a "have a nice day" and wait for their next victim. Scam operations like this are being exposed and they won't be able to get away with it for much longer. Be very careful when dealing with Bart's!!!

This place is really horrible! STAY AWAY!!! They sold me a car then cheated me when it came to service. The clutch was completely burnt and they wouldn't pay for repairs only 3 days after I purchased the car. Bart's is the worst place to buy a car and then ask for service.

Called and they said they had a truck I was looking for. But when I got there the truck was not available. Went back the next day and looked at and test dove the truck but when it came to putting the numbers on paper thy tried the typical salesman games of saying one thing but putting different numbers on paper. They are just the typical sales guys playing the typical shady games. Don't buy from Bart's car store!

i drove to anderson to look at a 2007 lincoln mkx. the car was not presented well. it needed some attention to cleanup. it had been driven approx 2 k miles by the mgr. the mgr did not seem too interested in selling the vehicle. and was not very customer friendly. maybe he was having a bad day.....

Before I bought the car, they always picked up the phone and give me a callback whenever I left a message. But after I paid for the car they won't return my calls anymore. They promised me 3 days to fix a couple of issues with the car... 3 weeks later and they have not done any of the repairs that they promised me. Bart's car store really disappointed me very much and I would never buy a car from this dealer again.

Never been lied to so much in my life. I was told I had a deal so I arranged financing only to be told that the truck I was buying was not there and I would have to wait for three days for it to arrive... three days later the truth came out... They told me that it would be $4000 over the previous price. They lied and wasted my time.

I bought a truck from Bart's and it has been the worst purchase of my life. They took my hard earned money and sold me a junk truck. Save yourself time and money and don't buy from Bart's Car Store.

Left work early to go look at a truck that had the ABS and check engine light on. I was not told about this when I inquired about the vehicle. I take it for a test drive and it would not go over 30 mph on my return to the lot, reading power failure on the dash board.

I went to Bart's to look at a F150 truck. They advertised it as a clean truck but it was a piece of trash. To make it worse the salesperson was very rude and didn't know anything about the vehicle. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time at Bart's.
