2015 versa

Our salesperson was Chris Miller, he was extremely helpful. We looked at multiple cars before deciding and Chris walked us through everything. When it was time Tony was bending over to make sure we got the numbers that we wanted. This was definitely a team effort, everyone was very friendly and worked so well together.

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!

Autmaxx experience

Aidan Hekker did a tremendous job helping me out. I did not feel pressured to purchase this vehicle, and he was very helpful every step of the way. Everyone on the floor was very helpful and made this experience as seamless and easy as possible. 11/10

great personality

Came into automaxx for a pre owned car by a referral of Ronnie Seabrook and he told us how good this place was. So we came to try it out and thankfully everyone was ready to help us. We got issac as our helper and he did everything possible to help us out. Thank you

For the 4th time!

I purchased my fourth vehicle, from Automax of Somervell this past weekend. The first two was from another salesmen but last two has been from Cody Morris. And let me tell you I wish I met Cody the first deal! He is very helpful and quick to help!

Marginal Experience

Felt like pulling teeth. As a first time buyer at a dealership i felt like i was not taken serious as a buyer. I came in on Saturday and was expecting a call back on Monday. That call never came. I had to call in Monday and then was transferred to the finance department and hung up on. Marry also told me Ike would call me back but never did. Tuesday i called again and the lady told me Iak would call me back again but never happen. I called again on Tuesday around 5:30 Iak answered said he would call me back ended up just txting me. I had to have Johnny call me on weds to get me my information in regards to the car. Came in again the next Saturday and all the information i had provided was thrown away. Iak said he can not store papers witch i understand but it was possible to put it on file on the computer. Over all i would say there needs to be some training done in customer service.

2012 vera cruz

chris miller and toney did great in working with my search they went over and above to see that I got a vehicle that I was satisfied with esp when the one I looked at had a missing feature and yes they did better then my first choice ...thanks guys

Efficient

The only downside to this dealership is cars selling before you get to buy them. Love that they show you a market analysis and CarFax upfront...made me feel like nothing was being hidden from me. Go and ask for Kaylin and Toney if you do
