I decided several weeks ago that I wanted a new car but didn't want to go through the disappointment of going to the dealership finding a car that I truly liked but could not get the financed through my financial institution. I went to my credit union to receive a car loan approval first. Once the approval was in place, it was now time to look for a vehicle. I looked online to some random car sales website that compiled all of the used cars for sale in my local area. I found a vehicle that I liked, sent an email to request to test drive. I received a call from automaxx requesting to set an appointment today to test drive. My original appoint was for 3:00pm. I had some life circumstances that I had to complete before the appointment so it made me extremely late for the appointment. I didn't arrive until 4:30pm. I was greeted by a nice gentleman by the name of Isaac. I informed him that I had an appointment set to test a drive a car. He informed me that he just sold the car but would be more than glad to help me look for something else. I was a little upset that the car was sold but decided to look around anyway. I gave him specific instructions of what I didn't want. We looked at a few cars and then he told me about the Honda Accord. We walked up to the car and to my amazement it was a manual just like the current car I had. We test drove the car and I was in complete love. He was very gracious to walk me through the process of what accessories came with the car and if I wanted to trade in my car how quick and easy it would be. I tell you what, it was extremely easy and painless. I was definitely impressed with the professionalism of Isaac and knowledge he gave me throughout the entire process. I definitely will tell everyone that I know that is in the process of getting a vehicle to come by and see Isaac

Clancy did agreat job purchased a truck and was back on the road I 20 min wow just ask for Clancy he is also pretty fancy
