Went to this dealer to purchase a used Ford Escape. The facility was very clean and well put together; walking in you just know they these guys mean business. A sales rep was with me and had me taken care of moments after my arrival. The entire purchase process was smooth and efficient, and the vehicle pricing was one of the most competitive that could be found. It was a great buy, and I would definitely do it again!

the time that it took to process my purchase was lengthy. I spent the day there and really think it could have gone smoother. Didn't care that the extended warranty was added as a assumption and not explained.
