A great experience while purchasing a vehicle.
As most people know, buying a vehicle can be a daunting task. You spend hours browsing different dealerships and models, then still worry about whether or not you're making the right decision. I know people that have driven Mazda vehicles, and all of them highly recommended getting one. I spent the week leading up to the day I purchased the vehicle online discussing options with Bo Stranzin, one of the sales associates at Germain. So, I finally decided to purchase another vehicle. My family and I were greeted at the door by Bo Stranzin. He welcomed my family like he had known us for the last twenty years. An appointment had been made a couple days prior to view the car I was interested in, a 2013 Mazda 6. Mr. Stranzin had the vehicle ready and we almost immediately went out for test drive. Bo Stranzin did an excellent job explaining the features of the vehicle and made some good conversation about the area, my family and I not from the Columbus area. After the test drive we heading back to the dealership. Next, came the part we all enjoy, cost. While initially the vehicle was outside of the price of what I was willing to pay, who really wants to pay more then they have to pay? There were no pressure sales techniques used, Mr. Stranzin asked what price we thought was fair. Then Mr. Stranzin spoke with the GM at Germain, Mr. Sonny Sosniak, and after a few conversations we were able to come to terms on a price. Neither Mr. Stranzin nor Mr. Sosniak attempted to pressure me into buying the vehicle at a price I wasn't comfortable. After a price was reached I then moved into the financial office with Mr. Damon Shorterage. He did an excellent job explaining the contract terms and warranties for my vehicle. It was a short visit in the financial office, but Mr. Shorterage was professional and friendly. Bo Stranzin meet us at the door on our way out and thanked us, it was like saying goodbye to a friend. It was a great experience overall. I was able to get the vehicle I liked at the price I wanted. If you are interested in a Mazda, I would recommend going to Germain Mazda and ask for Bo Stranzin.

Exceptional Customer Service Made the Experience
I would recommend Germain Mazda to anyone interested in purchasing a Mazda, or is looking for a refreshingly pleasant car buying experience. But for such an abysmal experience the previous day at Germain Nissan, I would not have truly appreciated the exceptional customer service provided by the entire team at Germain Mazda. I came to the dealership having previously conducted research on the model, trim, trade-in information and financing numbers I was hoping to hit. I was paired with Bo Stranzin and it was instantly clear that he genuinely listened to my desires in a new vehicle and was clearly concerned with making sure I purchased the right vehicle for my needs, as opposed to merely trying to sell me something I didn't need. Once my vehicle was identified (Mazda3 4-door, Grand Touring), I was transitioned to Sonny to complete the financing side of the purchase and received the same level of exceptional care and attention. Throughout my entire time at Germain Mazda, everyone that was apart of my purchase process (including Kyle from parts and the individual from service whose name I can't remember) treated me with respect. Without going into specifics into some of the lengths the team at Germain Mazda did to provide such a great experience, it is enough to say that my experience was how car buying should be: both seller and buyer walking away happy.

Great team and wonderful to work with!
We had a great experience with everything from finding the right model & trim (in the right price range & right color??) to test driving & financing. We had a lot of questions (since it was our first time leasing) and the staff were very knowledgeable and patient with us. It felt like they were there for us (and not trying to push a sales). We will be recommending to future buyers.

Best Experience!!!
Rusty, Tim and Damon were excellent in helping me lease my first car. They all went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal possible. Rusty was very genuine in making sure I left the car lot happy. Very patient & never "pushy". Definitely recommend Germain Mazda if you are looking to purchase a Mazda.

Painless
Lew Karbler made the leasing of a Mazda 3 hatchback (for our daughter's 1st car) a pleasant and painless transaction. I do a lot of research prior to visiting dealerships. This allows me to spend my time at the dealership driving the vehicle and negotiating a quick lease/purchase. Friendly, Professional, and Easy!
This was my first time buying a new car and naturally, you worry about coming across the stereotypical car salesman, we all know it. However, Terry and the entire dealership was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and treated you like a person and not just a sale. I never felt overwhelmed or pressured into anything and they were there to just provide facts, not just get the sale. I really appreciated the time they took to answer all of my questions and concerns and were more worried about what fit my needs the most. It was a a great experience from start to finish and I would highly recommend anyone to check them out!
