Everyone at Germain was friendly and accommodating. I never felt pressured, and I wasn't being "pitched." Right when I got there to speak to Rusty, he asked me questions about what I wanted. He legitimately wanted to know if my needs would be met with a vehicle he had available. Since the sale, Rusty has been in communication with me and has answered my questions quickly. Looking forward to a continuing relationship with Germain Mazda.

Very apprehensive as a first time car buyer but rusty was incredibly knowledgeable, respectful, and polite. He even found a major discount that I had no idea that I applied for. Would absolutely recommend anyone I know to visit Rusty.

We had a great experience at Germain Mazda. Terry and Sonny were very helpful made me feel like i was part of their family. It was difficult for me getting a car with a payment but, looking back I have spent more fixing my old car than i would paying for a new one. Anyways i really felt like i connected with Terry and Sonny, me and my wife really had a great time talking to both of them. Yes I would recommend them to a friend or family.

They found the car I wanted (located at some other dealership) and got it in very quickly. Price wasn't very negotiable, but it was a new model so that wasn't too much of a surprise. Got in, got out, got the car. Just what I wanted.
