Car buying with EASE

I've been driving the same car for 16 years and really dreaded the pressure of going car shopping. Rusty made this experience SO easy. He even showed me cars from other dealers in a comparison chart with all of the information that helped me make a good decision. When I arrived to purchase my car Rusty was so busy he was literally Running around to help everyone......not only did he service all of us, but he made sure all of the details were covered. I will DEFINITELY purchase another vehicle at Germain Mazda....maybe I won't wait 16 years next time!

Best experience ever

Brittany Lyons- The best salesperson we have ever dealt with... Not just within the car industry, but in general. She never pushed any "extras", "options", and never even pushed us to buy TODAY... She interacted with us & with our 4 children who were there with us, she had several co-workers & managers work on getting us the best possible deal... Best rates, best discounts & best "bank for our buck". Her personality, her demeanor, her loyalty to her customers & dedication to our needs exceeded all expectations. Perfect car buying experience

I've had some not-so-great car buying experiences in the past so I don't have high expectations when it's time to make a new purchase. Our salesman, Terry, could not have made the experience any easier. He showed me around the car without making me feel inadequate and then sent me on my way to test drive the car. When I got back to the dealership with a few reservations, he helped me realize that it was the perfect time to turn in my car for a new one. Plus, during the entire process he kept my daughter entertained, which is always a plus. The financial manager, Damon, made the signing process easy, fast, and enjoyable. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Best Buying Experience Ever

I have purchased multiple new cars over the last 40-years, and this was far and away the best experience I've ever had. My sales consultant, Brittany Lyons, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and the antithesis of the "Sleazy Car Salesman". I was never pressured, up-sold, or subjected to hidden charges from my first appearance at the dealership. She was able to locate the exact car I was looking for, even though they did not have one in stock at the time. The whole transaction was completed within 24-hours of my visit. I would heartily recommend Brittany and the entire Germain team to anyone in the market for a Mazda.

Communication and attention.

My experience with Germain was excellent. My experience started with me filling out an internet request for information. Germain responded the very next morning with multiple emails. These emails were followed with a phone call to make sure my questions were answered, I drove 2+ hours to Columbus for a test drive with my toddler son. Bo was my salesman and was patient and helpful with my son and the whole car seat deal for the test drive. My son, Aston and I were both treated with kindness from ALL of the staff and Bo was helpful in all aspects of my buying experience. Damon was great with my son as well, pulling up a pad on his docu-pad so my son could draw while we went through the paperwork. Very positive experience and very top notch staff. I would recommend Germain Mazda for your car shopping experience. I am a Volvo guy and will look to their inventory first when purchasing another car. If I ever decide to return to owning a Mazda there is only one dealership from which I would consider purchasing that new Mazda. Check out Germain Mazda for your new Mazda or used car needs, you will NOT be disappointed!

First Car Buying Experience, Hoped for more

I love Mazda, ever since my husband had one back in college we knew we would eventually get another one. When my car died recently we decided to go here first. Our experience with this brand was flawless until we went to buy our car here last week. We werent impressed by the knowledge of the sales team but the customer service here is great! They make you feel like you're apart of a family. Bo was a very nice man who knew nothing about the Mazda 2 which we were here to find more about, and of course to buy. We feel like he led us on the whole time, never once telling us that he was intending to sell us the floor model. We either wanted a basic model or possibly a touring edition but Bo never told us (until the end) that the only car he could sell us what a sport AT, which at the time we had no interest in. I wish he told us up front that the floor model was the car he intended for us, thus the 3 star rating. We love this place and we love our car now but Bo didnt do anything to earn a great rating. Every question we asked him went unanswered, even the easy ones like 'what the gas mileage is' or 'what the brake system on the car was.' He answer was always 'I dont know' never 'let me go ask for you.' The only thing he did show us, was that the back seats folded down. We're thrilled w/ Mozda and our new car, just not with Bo's selling skills.

My recent service experience

Since my purchase five months ago I have driven 10,000 miles. Mazda builds an excellent car but the experience of owning a Mazda needs to match the same attention to detail baked into the vehicle. My 3 is advertised for getting 39 mpg highway. Recently, I had a pleasing 38 mpg on the highway, if my memory is right 444.7 miles on 11.7 gallons of fuel made my day. This would not have been likely if I had not maintained my service appointment for an oil change. The Mazda app and my continued relationship at the dealership made it easy. What I like most about the car's performance this month is that it was up to the task of me being pressed into service with twelve hour days in several cities in Ohio. The car responded superbly on the highway. This experience is the type of performance I need in my line of work. Mind you, I did not hyper mile my way to 38 mpg, I drove this car with a sense of purpose. I like that Mazda service has proven dependable and the sales team continues to follow through, even Bo Stranzin, who didn't sale me anything, but he took the time to answer questions about how to download an update for my nav system. He could have passed the buck. My experience would not be what it is today if professionals like Rusty, Jim, Kyle and Jeremy didn't take the time to consistently explain to me how the electronics work in the car, how to utilize the Mazda app and how to tie in my service schedule so the process remains simple. It also means a lot to me that Jim and Kyle will help me keep my car clean. A clean car is important and necessary because it represents the best of who you intend to be to others. Many times I have looked better because they have taken the time to help me in this area no matter how busy. This speaks volumes in the pride that they take in service to me and presumably others. I am very fortunate to be treated so kindly, many are paid to do so, few live up to this standard. I find the service department seen and unseen, must absolutely believe in this way. What makes this dealership stand out from the folks down the road is this team. I appreciate the team making me feel like family.

First and Best Car Buying experience

My mom and I walked into this dealership with the plan to just test drive...two hours later, Terry had sold us a new Mazda3! Terry was friendly, informative, and very amicable. He answered all our questions and never pressured us to make a decision quickly. That was huge to us because you could tell he actually cared. He didn't want to just make a sale, he wanted us to be happy with whatever we decided to do. Whenever I go back to the dealership for service, I look forward to seeing Terry.

they made my husband and I feel like part of their family, they were kind and cared about us finding the best vehicle for our needs. They laughed and joked with us and we felt very comfortable with no pressure to buy something we didn't want. It was an overall wonderful experience and we will definitely return and recommend then to all our family and friends.
