From the moment Rusty Wilson approached us in the showroom, it was a very pleasant and positive experience. Rusty was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, gracious, and not at all pushy. I would certainly return to Germain Mazda, and would ask to deal with Rusty. Everyone we have dealt with has been friendly and helpful. We got a good deal, and had a good experience

Intense
Rusty and the other employees were extremely courteous and overtly wanted my business much more so than any other dealer I had been to. For some people it might border on being pushy and I did spend several hours at the dealership when I simply wanted a quote. However in the end I am glad I made the decision to buy from them as they really do want to take care of you as a customer and make sure you have everything you need throughout the process. They were willing to match a quote that I received at another dealer and along with their free servicing at specific milestones it made the choice easy. They had a good selection of inventory and were very knowledgeable.

Chris Paul was amazing and he has true passion about the Mazda and extends his genuine customer service, after the purchase! He is a gem and is sincerely appreciated! :) Prior to working with Chris Paul, I worked with Lew and he is brilliant as well. Their character is rare, yet highly appreciated!

A pleasant experience.
Brittany and the rest of the team were very friendly and professional. I visited two other Mazda dealerships in Columbus, and I found the experience at Germain to be superior. After a month of dealing with their service and business departments after the sale, I find that their good customer service has continued to be excellent. I believe they are sincere in their efforts to develop long term positive customer relationship.

Excellent experience.
Would recommend Terry to anyone looking for a new Mazda. Very knowledgeable and friendly. He made the four hour buying process very tolerable. Best buying experience I have had including the purchase of a new Mercedes. Unobtrusive manager who showed concern for the sale but did not butt in. Terry could answer all questions.

A very long four hours, but, well worth it.
Terry is a great salesperson. He took care of us during a long, drawn-out process. We loved his stories from past experiences! He even complimented my sports team...the Steelers!

Stress-free and pleasant to work with
I had an idea of what I wanted, so Bo didn't waste my time suggesting other options. He gave me the information I needed, and we got down to brass tacks pretty quickly. After I left (without buying) he followed-up with me, but he wasn't pushy. When I went back to negotiate, he was honest and straightforward and got me a fair deal. Sometimes car buying can be about as enjoyable as a colonoscopy, but I left Germain feeling good about the whole experience, which is the best compliment I can give.

Terry is the man!
I have sold cars myself in the past, so I know what goes on behind the scenes and just how many shenanigans can happen. I approached this dealership with the same skepticism as many people do but after speaking with and meeting Terry, I soon realized that this would be a great experience. Terry was a consummate professional, very personable and honest. He treated me well and laid everything out right up front. He went above and beyond for me and the entire experience was great and pretty much stress free. I would highly recommend both Terry and Germain Mazda to any potential buyers....on and my new Mazda 3 5-door is awesome too!

Purchased a used Elantra
I was looking for a nice used vehicle in the 10-12K range with excellent fuel economy. Rusty introduced himself when I walked in and was very helpful. He went through a range of options with me based on what I was looking for. Rusty was very knowledgeable regarding the features and differences between the various vehicles. After reviewing several possibilities, I test drove the Elantra they had taken on trade in. They was no pressure selling, just helpful information. I appreciated the knowledge and professionalism that Rusty demonstrated.
