We were greeted by Misha. He helped us thru the process and introduced us to Larry his manager who helped answer questions regarding having the preowed vehicle & having it be independently inspected by our mechanic. Needless to say, that all went well & we bought our car the very next day! We had been looking for pre-owned for weeks. They had competative pricing and EXCELLENT Service!!! The dealership is absolutely gorgeous. State of the art. Alex was our salesperson, he was diligent open honest. There were a couple hiccups along the way. Impatient and annoying phone calls pushing for information. I had to get. But all in all in the end, it worked out great

First time here and Mazda owner , I appreciated the service and the fact that they kept me updated the whole service I was impressed with a video they also sent me explaining in detail what they checked and any recommendations and why. They even gave me prices for everything as well upfront. I really appreciated the customer service throughout!

The dealership is very clean and comfortable if you have to wait. And I found them to be done not only on time but sooner. And the individual helping me was very patient didn't answering a lot of my questions.

Buying car from Mazda of Escondido was the best experience I had from all other car buying I have ever done. I was in and out in about 1 hour and and a half. When buying cars, I always ask for an out the door price. Majority of dealerships will try to suck you in to go to their dealership to get the price. Just few gave an OTD price but only Mazda of Escondido provided a real offer and the lowest at that. Went in the next morning and bought the car. More recently, Jazper helped us with our CX-90 — he was just as great! Both were very considerate of our time — we didn’t spend hours at the dealership, which was a game changer for us.
