Do not buy vehicle from this dealership. These guys only care about the sale and will search for the highest bidder, even if you want that specific car. Based on my experience, they are not truthful and forthcoming.

I bought a 2008 Honda accord from this dealership and not
I bought a 2008 Honda accord from this dealership and not even two months into having the vehicle I need a transmission rebuild. There’s a reason some of their vehicles are sold “as is” and it’s because they’re junk! Now I’m stuck with a $7000 loan and need a new transmission. Highly don’t recommend, please save yourself the headache and go to a real dealership!

Grateful for A Second Chance
Sometimes in life things happen. We make good decisions and some bad decisions. It is hard being a grown-up at times! But when you know better you do better. My transmission went out on my vehicle, and I didn’t have the money to repair it. I needed someone to give me a break on a new vehicle without making me jump through hoops about already having an auto loan. Wind Rider Auto Outlet worked with me from start to finish. I appreciate my salesman (Jaime Diaz). He was awesome; his professionalism and entire demeanor made it easy for me to work with him. The General Sales Manager (Savvas Kay) was honest and straight up with me, sometimes all you need is a second chance, and he advocated on my behalf and for that I am grateful. I can’t forget my Cuz (inside joke) (Marcus Mays), he stayed on top of things from the time I made my initial inquiry via email until the closing of the deal. Finally, I would like to thank the Finance/Sales Manager (Manny Francis), he reminded me of my favorite uncle, the one who gives good counsel. I appreciate people that are honest and don’t try to xx me. And for that I know if I EVER needed another vehicle, I would not hesitate to come back to Wind Rider Auto Outlet. Do yourself a favor and check them out!

FINALLY MEN OF HONOR AT A CAR DEALERSHIP!
After being told by several dealers that they wouldn’t give an out the door price without me test driving their vehicle, it was a blessing that,Jaime Diaz, said no problem. He told me the price and when I decided to buy the RAV4 , he kept his word. I asked if there was another set of keys, which there wasn’t. I asked him to knock $200 off the price and he did without any hesitation. After getting home I realized the only key we had wasn’t programmable. My wife called the dealership and asked for the manager., Manni. She asked for a $100 towards a new key. He agreed. I was floored. Sure enough a week later we received a check. It was so refreshing to have dealt with honest men.

Avoid this dealer
AVOID this dealer. They sold cars that are not in good condition. My husband bought a car there, not even a month of having that car he started having problem w it. It had a oil liking. He took it to be fix and he spent more than a $1000. Then the auto called him and they found other damages . He called them and let them know what was happening and they did not do anything about it. And all the time they were giving excuses and excuses saying that when we took the car it was in good condition. These people are so funny jajaja “Good condition”.The owner is bad, and rude. AVOID AVOID this dealer.

Avoid!
Check engine light came on shortly after we purchased the vehicle. Found out it was the catalytic converter - an extremely expensive part to replace. My mechanic informed me the code can be reset to clear the check engine light from coming on for some time. Now I am gonna have to pay an extra two grand to get this car to pass Maryland inspection. They only offered to "help out" with the installation charge. Horrible customer service. Never again.

BUYER BEWARE
Purchased a vehicle early January within a couple weeks had motor issues. Brought the car in for a routine oil change when the shop found major issues. Car was driven less than 1200 miles since the purchase and was babied. Now it need a $10,000 motor. BUYER BEWARE would not recommend this dealer. Reading through the reviews I am not the only one to deal with car issues from this dealer If only I was more diligent when purchasing the car.

purchased a 2006 subaru baja
We purchased a 2006 Subaru Baja, yes 2006, for our son as a surprise in December of 2020 from Wind Rider. I flew to Virginia to pick up this vehicle after speaking extensively with Manny and Hannah on the phone. When I left home I joked about what I should pack as I assumed I would be stranded on the road at some point during the 400 mile drive home. A 2006 vehicle with only 71,000 miles on it had probably never been driven 400 miles in one shot on the interstate. Well, everything went surprisingly well, and shockingly I made it home without incident. We surprised our son who was completely floored. The next day he drove the car to a sports practice, and on the way home the heater stopped blowing hot air as he pulled in the driveway. The next day I moved the car back on the driveway and there was an extremely large leak of some kind very apparently. I had the car towed to Subaru and contacted Manny at Wind Rider as we had purchased the warranty. To make a VERY long story as short as possible Subaru immediately recommended an engine replacement at a cost of $10,000 due to warped cylinder heads. I conveyed this to Manny who spoke with Subaru. Manny then researched auto shops in our home town and very respectfully and diplomatically asked that we take the car to another shop. My husband and I spoke with the shop and had the car towed a second time to this shop. As it turns out the father/son owners worked/work for Subaru and basically said there is no way they could determine that you have leaky cylinder heads without replacing the radiator which split and is very common in this particular vehicle. They replaced the radiator (and alternator that got leaked on) at half the price Subaru quoted us and ran the car. They said there is absolutely no temperature change. There is nothing wrong with the engine or cylinder heads. I remained skeptical. As I said in the beginning of this review, I expected to be stranded on the side of the road just driving the car home. Manny remained attentive through all. I remained skeptical and reminded my son to watch all the gauges, particularly the temperature gauge, like a hawk. So now 4 months later we are learning the nuances of the car. Did we have to pay for a new radiator, yes. Have we had to pay for other repairs as we learned the nuances of this older car? Yes. No ones fault but our own. But in the end we were beyond impressed with Wind Rider Auto and Manny. I can't say it loud enough in writing, YES YES YES.
