Oil change and tire rotation
I received a coupon from Mitsubishi for my wifes old car to get an oil change, even though it was not for my current Mitsubishi it was sent to my email and Matt in the service department still honored the coupon , no problem! I also like the Auburn location, so much easier than Westboro was. Thanks for a great job!

Poor business practices.Buyers Beware!
When we pulled into the parking lot we were approached by Felix. We had a clear conversation with him about our situation. He pointed at a few cars and said those were under twenty thousand and they were very motivated to move them. We test drove a jeep Rubicon and decided to see if we could make a deal. They did some paperwork and came back with a sales price of 23900. Ummm not under 20000. We explained that wasn't what we were told and got up and left. Louis called back and said 18500. Okay that is under 20000. Interest rate was high so we asked them to shop around for better rates and they did and the rate was better. Shamus called and gave us that information. I asked him about plates and he said he would check with the owner and call me back. This was about 330 4 in the afternoon. I didn't hear back from him. I called first thing Sunday morning to tell them we were going to come in and sign the papers and they called me back to tell me it was now 1400.00 more!!!! What???? They never once told me it was a one day only deal!!!!!!! So disgusted. Why on Saturday is it 1400.00 less.....
