Jermaine was very attentive to the service needs for my Mini from the time I called to make the appointment all the way through to check out. I took my car in for service on a couple of items and it turned out to be more involved than I expected. Lon, my service advisor, was very knowledgeable and explained both the problems and the repairs. While I waited for the results of the diagnostics, he found a quiet empty office for me to conduct a business conference call, which I very much appreciated. Once it became apparent the repairs would take longer than expected, he had me promptly on my way in a loaner vehicle. When I picked up my car, he went out of his way to help me with a settings issue I couldn't figure out. I was quite satisfied with the service.
