Tried to buy a car! Provided all my info, and no one even cared enough to call me back. Lovely dealership.

I found Crouse online when I was looking for a 2004-2006 Jeep Wrangler. They had 5 in stock, all with lower than average miles, so I drove out to take a look. I browsed for about a minute or two before a salesperson introduced himself (Craig) and let me know he was available for any questions. Right away I thought that was great because he wasn't overbearing and just let me look around without being over my shoulder. The Jeeps they had all seemed to be in great shape. They were very clean, low miles, and with great paint. He had answers for all of my questions and I let him know I'd be back in two days. I came back, took the Jeep for a spin, and knew I wanted it. They drew up the paperwork and made it nice and easy. Thanks Craig and the rest of the Crouse team!

He represented the true condition and value of the vehicle and was very fair on the price - in fact we got a great price. He also went above my expectations during the sales process to help my wife and I get the info we needed to make a decision. We are very satisfied with our purchase!

Recently bought a van at this dealership. Craig was very accommodating with good customer service. They seem to sell good vehicles with fair prices and low miles. I appreciate the 30 day warranty as this shows that they stand behind the vehicles they sell. We also appreciated the van being washed right before the purchase. My wife was nervous, but I could tell right away that salesman, Craig Ebersole, was a straight shooter. When our '03 Celica GTS arrived by auto carrier at our home in TN it actually exceeded our expectations. It was spotless, ran like new, and had all our gathered friends and neighbors in awe.
