Shults Resale Center of Olean

My car shopping experience was very positive at Shults Resale of Olean, NY. My salesperson was Keerstyn Stives, and she was very knowledgeable about numerous vehicles and helped me find what was the best choice for me. She took the extra time to explain different car options and offered me a great deal as well. I highly recommend Keerstyn as well as Shults Resale of Olean.

After making many stops vehicle searching in the area I had stopped at Shults Resale Center and received the best customer care experience. My sales representative was Keerstyn Stives and she was very helpful and not pushy, she actually cared about my needs. We stopped just to browse but ended buying a car! I would and have recommended her and Shults Resale Center to all our family and friends!

I went to the lube shop to get a simply inspection I had asked if my cars computer system was ready and they had told me it was but in order to pass inspection I would need to do some repairs, I said yes as long as the computer was good whatever needed to be fixed I should just fix it so I wouldn't have to get it inspected again. When I show up the next day to pick up my car they claimed it wouldn't pass inspection now I have a car that won't pass inspection til my computer was ready and I paid for a service I could have done my self and can't afford to fix my car because the check engine light came on for something else now.

The staff was very friendly and helpful, they didn't waste any of my time. Barry Keeley was nice and respectful. I got a great deal on my truck, I will get my son's truck from him too.

The entire staff was friendly and respective. They had all the information on the cars that we were looking at and did not waste anytime with letting my wife and I take a test drive and get the buying process going. I will recommend Shults Resale of Olean to anyone, My salesman was Barry Keeley.

Hand down Best place to purchase a vehicle! I have always been a put off by the old reputation at Shults Of Olean but after seeing and dealt with the brand new staff that Shults has aquired i will be a long time customer. It is really a great feeling being able to walk into a dealership and not feel like you are about to be taken advantage of. The price does not change if you have a trade or not, the Finance department is wonderful and the best part is that i was in ans out in 45 minutes!! Cars are not only overpriced, they are likely to double it through trickery and deception. They overcharged me by over $15000 by lying about it being an offset. I made a mistake in signing the contract because I trusted them to correct it. They betrayed my friendship and violated my trust.
