My car was totaled in an accident and I was at wits end when I found West End Auto Sales, a friendly smaller dealership with very reasonable priced cars. They kindly rescued me in my son's car with a jump start before I even arrived there! They were helpful in bringing the car I was interested in to a mechanic to have it checked out. David gave me a great deal on a used car and even assisted in driving it to Charlottesville. I was so low and now a light is beginning to shine again.

David did a great job assisting me in my purchase of a quality used car! He showed me the CarFax report which showed the servicing history of the vehicle. This gave me some comfort in knowing I was getting a quality used car. He has an excellent inventory of local used cars! There were other cars on the lot I would have purchased, but I ended up purchasing an Acura MDX which I am very happy with!

Purchased a Lexus GS ...had some misgivings going to car lot...all the stories! Yikes! But, discovered David was a real human, listens, and will work with you. Read the reviews...be of good courage...and buy a car from West End!

My husband and I visited West End Auto Sales earlier today to trade in my car and get something that is a little more convenient for our growing family. After shopping around various RVA-area dealers' websites, we found the best options and prices at WEAS so made a trip down. We loved that the Carfax was available via the website, and we could see that the vehicle had a nice record. When we got there, we were greeted by the owner, David, who was extremely helpful in getting us set up for a test drive in the car I'd selected online. The price was right, the dealer financing was perfect for what we needed it to be, and I'm so grateful that they help with the title transfer and state registration paperwork because nobody has time to sit at the DMV all day with young children! I would definitely recommend West End Auto Sales to anybody in the market for an older used car that is in great condition with very low mileage.

All I can say is WOW, what a great experience I had purchasing a vehicle from West End Auto earlier this week. Troy was great so helpful and very knowledgeable with everything. I was in the market for another car after losing my 2007 Corolla in a total loss collision, ( no bad injuries involved), my son was looking on line and found West End Auto, best find of the year as far as I'm concerned. I'm so happy with the new car I got, I will tell everyone who asks, if your looking for a car go there. I know I will go back there again to look for a car for two of my two girls who are driving now, and I want them to be in a good reliable and safe car.
