We were in a tough situation. Our vehicle was hit by another driver and totaled, and we needed a replacement vehicle soon. I checked out a few vehicles with other sellers, but each one had problems, either mechanical, smoke-filled interiors, etc. I saw a vehicle on-line that was right in the range of mileage, price and features that we were looking for. I called Troy and the vehicle was not quite ready for review. I described what we were looking for, and Troy said this vehicle would likely be just what we are looking for, and confirmed the condition was very good. Troy understood our situation and expedited the process and actually made the vehicle available late on a Friday afternoon for my wife and I to look at it. Troy was extremely proficient and great to work with, answered our questions, and had us in the vehicle within a short time. I usually do not write reviews, but we are completely thankful for Troy and his accommodating our needs. Most importantly, he located a perfect vehicle for us - just as he promised !

Troy is extremely friendly and honest. The whole process was very smooth with Troy making it his priority to make us happy with our purchase. He was very patient and also helped educate us about the vehicle we purchased. Like others said the dealership is nothing fancy but the customer service is excellent. The prices are very reasonable compared to other dealerships. If you are considering a used car you should at least check out their inventory. If you're looking for an easy car buying experience then West End Auto Sales is the place to go! Troy was a pleasure to work with as he was straightforward and extremely knowledgeable. I was recommended to go to West End by two other friends that had bought from them. All around wonderful experience and I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. Exceeded all expectations.

This is a very modest "side of the road" lot and I was a bit skeptical at first. The facility is nothing fancy, to be sure, but that's how they keep overhead down. I was looking for an inexpensive vehicle for my college student son, specifically, a high-mileage but reliable Honda or Toyota. West End had a number of them, and they helped steer me to the best one for my needs. I felt like I got an honest price and they dealt with me fairly. Their detailer is a magician! My car had not been cleaned yet when I first saw it and it looked like a dumpster. The next day after it had been detailed, it looked almost new, seats and all. Lastly, these guys committed to fixing the sunroof and they did so promptly. Very happy, and I will go back if I'm in the market for a inexpensive, quality used car.

I purchased an "06" Explorer from West End Auto after mine was total.. And I couldn't be happier with my purchase and Troy was more that willing to accommodate my situation as I currently don't live in Richmond!!! You definitely don't get the Glitz and Glamour of the bigger dealerships but you do get GREAT SERVICE, RELIABLE VEHICLES AND CUSTOMER FOCUSED SALES TEAM. Their practices are customer focused which makes you want to do business with them... Actually since my purchase on November 8th I've referred both my nephew and brother to West End Auto and they both purchased!!!! Bottom line don't believe me go in and see for yourself and I'm sure they will make as customer out of you too!!!!

I was stuck between a rock and a hard place when I found this dealership. They worked with me to find the right car and negotiated a price we could both live with. I got a great deal. They did extra service work to the car to make sure it was in great shape before I drove away with it. I lot may not look like much but I noticed the larger dealerships charging upwards of $400 for taxes, title, tags and processing fees. These guys were great to work with and I would highly recommend them.
