Great staff

Very nice staff friendly honest people. We had been looking for a quality used vehicle for 6 months when we came to the dealership and yes I must say we were impressed with not only the selection of vehicles but the pricing was unbelievably fair. I have found a new place to do business were customer service is still alive. Thank You Westend Auto Sales

Leave this CUTT throat alone ....

I saw a bmw x5 I was interested in today . I called this dealer (I have the cash) and asked him about the truck knowing I was planning on driving from NC to get it . He claimed he was tired of people calling him about the truck and if I wanted it he could charge it to my credit card right then and it was $6,600 dollars . I told him , "why would you tell me that and the car is listed for $5,995 ? He said , " Well , I already have someone looking at it so if you want it you gotta pay more" .. After looking at my phone trying to make sure I was hearing him correctly , I nicely said , " no thanks , that's alright" and hung up the phone while he seemed to try to explain .. I don't mind traveling and spending my money , but I refuse to let anyone take advantage of me as a consumer or buy something from someone that'll make me feel sorry I did . They didn't stop making cars when you got them .. These fools need to learn how to treat customers , because had they treated me right they would've got a sale and a regular customer since I buy cars on a regular .. Leave these ...

Amazing Experience!

The staff was amazing and very welcoming. The owner, David, was very accommodating and the saleswoman, Tammy, was pleasant and professional. The dealership did not have the exact car that I was looking for, so they diligently searched for the perfect fit for me. I am incredibly pleased with my car and I had the most amazing and flawless experience. I will be returning for future purchases.

Bad Car Bad Deal Horrid Dealer Close Ur Wallet RUN

DONT BUY HERE About 15 minutes into the meet I explained that I must drive the car before I move any further. On the test drive I heard a slight noise in the front left area. It was no major concern due to the fact that David had explained that the car had new tires. I believed that the tires just had not had a chance to wear. When I returned I discussed all my concerns about the vehicle with David. There was a representative there from the bank assisting Tammy and Tammy wanted to get the paper work started while she was there. The following promises were made and witnessed by my friend. A current inspection!!! , repair of driver side mirror, two cracks in windshield, small dent on back end driver side, driver headrest wouldn?t go down, oil change code displayed and alignment of tires. David said ?go on take it today we can get those things worked out later?. I drove the car home that evening. Before I arrived home the front left side was making a whining, clucking noise esp. when turned left. I called him the next morning and explained what the car was doing. He seemed immediately agitated and was quick to say ?as is no warranty?. After I explained that it hadn?t even been inspected and I agreed to the later repairs because I trusted him he instructed me to bring car back immediately to do inspection, tire alignment, oil change, mirror repair (from MB Dealership) and check funny noise. Gave it to him on Thursday morning. I was promised return of vehicle on Friday. Friday I contacted Dealer board and was given proper procedure for filing a complaint and was instructed to try and work it out with dealer first and if no other recourse contact the board for help. Friday came 5 pm no car. I called to inquire. David told me that the car did not pass due to driver mirror, and that it did need alignment all four wheels were off and that the oil had been changed. I was told it would be ready Monday morning. Monday morning came no car. Called David and text David asked him if car was ready and if oil change and noise had been resolved he said yes! He called me at 4:45 and said car is ready for pick up from inspection station. Picked up car 5 pm. Drove two blocks and noticed the noise and weird feeling still there. Called David he said that well the car passed inspection so it must be okay. Went home drove the car over weekend. David called me Saturday about car paper work I bought it to his attention that he sold me a car that was not inspected, he sold a car that has been deemed a serious danger by the Va State Police. He got flustered and said he would call me back. Oh and he said he changed the oil himself but did not change the oil filter. Really smart huh?

Unprofessional

Went to view a vehicle Robert was helpful and kind. Liked the car, so we decided to have it checked out by our mechanic. The car had real issues...had also had a hood and trunk painted by the dealer and they had not told us. We brought the car back and gave them the sheet showing the issues...Robert seemed thankful for the information. Later, our mechanic called and had received a phone call from the owner who accused him of "throwing (him) under the bus". He was rude, offensive and unprofessional. Based on the owner of the business' attitude, I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. My impression is that he is unprofessional, dishonest, and less than forthcoming about his vehicles.

Enjoyed the experience

Spoke with the owner Dave via email and telephone, very pleasant. Met with Rob when my dad and I went for test drive and really enjoyed the experience. Waiting to have mechanic check out vehicle before purchasing it. Seems to be great value for the money. Quite a few good looking vehicles at that dealer.
