Wonderful service (despite the fact that the main building was still under construction), great deal on new focus, outstanding trade in value for my Evo 9 MR, I would highly recommend this dealership for anyone who is looking to buy a new car. The only reason I marked down on overall facilities is because we were doing business in a trailer because of the construction, and the buying process w2as a littlew slow but that was only because they had never dealt with an Evo before. These Guys are very arrogant JERKS I would not tell anyone to go there. I have done Business With Mr. Larry Cloninger for years and I can not believe that he has these Guys working there. They talked to the salesman like he was trash. If I was him I think I would contact an attorney. Also I heard them tell another customer that they would give them a free oil change for a good survey!! That is why you are seeing good ones on here!!!!

Eric and the entire staff I worked with on purchasing my new 2011 Ford Ranger XLT was the easiest experience I have ever had in purchasing a new or used vehicle. The professionalism from all, especially Eric, is second to none. I have relayed information to the 400 employees I manage and suggested to them that if any are interested in purchasing a vehicle, Cloniger Ford should be the first and only dealership I would visit. Eric Smith did a great job from beginning to end in our negotiations and I for one can honestly state that when they say they will beat any dealership around, they do mean it. I walked away very satisfied and when I do purchase another vehicle, new or used, it will be with Eric and his supporting fellow employees. Too bad I can on rate a 5. Just stopped in to look at Ford Edge pre-owned vehicles with my wife. Nice selection and good choices. Greeted by friendly sales person and no pressure to buy. After test driving both used and new, we decided on the purchasing a new crossover Edge because the deal was too good to miss out on.
