This was our best car buying experience ever. Our salesman Dillon Parker was courteous and helpful. He was not pushy like most car salesman. We also enjoyed working with the finance dept, cant remember his name. Everything Dillon promised he delivered and we appreciate that. Everything went smoothly and we are so pleased with our purchase.

Ford Escape Purchase

New 2014 Edge Purchased From Josh Simmons
Purchased a new 2014 Edge. Josh Simmons, our salesman, was more than helpful in guiding us through the purchase process. Josh was extremely knowledgeable about the products and all features of each. He worked closely with me to tailor my vehicle requirements, options needed and the financing to meet my needs and budget. The Edge was well prepared when we picked it up and Josh spent even more time with my wife (its her car) explaining the controls and features. Overall, this was probably one of the easiest vehicle purchases I have ever made - thanks to Josh and the staff at Cloninger Ford.

Service Experience
My oil change went fine though I was very surprised to learn about the wear on my rear brakes. I have not driven that far since my last brake service which was a major service and I suspect the brake wear is due to the problem I had with the brake service which caused severe burning and required resetting the brakes after the service.
