BEWARE: extortion tactics. Made a deal via FaceTime. When I arrived they orchestrated a play on the value of my trade-in. When I proved with dealer receipts, the work had been completed they continued the renegotiation of our agreement. DO NOT TRAVEL— they will attempt renegotiation if they believe you are invested in the deal. Deceitful people.

READ THE FINE PRINT!!!! I looked at a Tesla; the listed price included a tax credit that most people wouldn’t qualify for. So the price was actually $4000 higher than listed! Their argument was that it was listed in the seller notes. All the way at the bottom! What a waste of time!

I felt like they got me there by saying whatever it took to get me there. They assured me that I'd be able to get the car I was looking for for the monthly payment I could afford, when it turned out much more expensive. I don't even recall having seen the price they actually charged for the car, only the final agreed payment as arranged by the finance guy. The actual salesman worked half day, so was gone by the time I needed final things arranged for the vehicle to be released. I got the car, and finance was finally arranged, and they were friendly, so the rating is average.

I have been to several dealerships and didn’t feel like I was valued. Here they took the time to work with me and get me the next vehicle. They will really go out if there way to ensure you are satisfied. Thanks
