Terrible sales process. Teslas need to be financed, first of all so you don't get the price unless you use their lenders. Plus, a lot dealers are advertising EV credit eligible cars when the price of the car is $25+ and then they tack extra dealer fees. Alpha Motorsports' fee is $1499 and they say "if you work with our finance department and you qualify for x incentives, you may get the EV tax credit" but the reality is, the price has to drop below the $25k threshold WITH all dealer fees, transportation costs, etc in order to qualify for the tax credit. It's a sales ploy. And if they're somehow skirting the max sales amount and allowing unwitting buyers to assign the 4k EV tax credit to the dealership, I hope they get caught. Karma comes around. Be aware of your rights!

IMO, stay away from this dealership. Wali stopped returning emails and phone calls when I said that I was going to pay cash for a 2018 Yukon XL Denali. I asked that he email me a sales contract with the "out the door price" so that we would have an agreement. I said that I would provide a deposit and come and complete the sale in a few days. I looked at the reviews for AM and most of the recent Google reviews reference the salesman, Roy. I called AM today and asked for Roy. The response was " he is not available, how can I help?" When will he be available? R "He no longer works here". Can you provide me with a sales contract with the OTD price? R "we do not discuss numbers over the phone". I am not asking for numbers over the phone, I am asking for them in writing. R "go to our website, I will text you a link, see the sale price of $34,000 with a promotional discount of $5,000. I can help you get this discount.... are you in the military....?" The truck is listed for sale on Autotrader, 11/13/24, for $29,000.00 with a dealer fee of $1,495.00. No mention of a retail price of $34,000 and that you need to qualify for a $5,000. discount. This kind of says it all!
