Didn't honor deal

Went through a long ordeal last year with this shady dealer. Agreed on a deal via phone, email and text. Signed the papers on delivery. Then found out the the salesman didn't fill out some sort of internal paper that sad the dealer owed $4k to Ford lease as part of the deal that was made. By the time I was notified by Ford it was too late. Sales manager is basically calling me a lier and salesman who is actually a member of the management team has buried his head in the sand after texting me that he agrees I got screwed. Wouldn't send my worst enemy to this worthless dealership

Best Car Salesman in town

Will Leader did an amazing job, 5 stars easily. He found me a quality car, that was exactly what I was looking for! Highly recommend going through him at this dealership.

Buy a car from Ed

Seriously, Ed Schleigel did a great job. He recognized I was someone in need of a car, and did a good job listening to what I needed/wanted. When I pushed hard on price, he even listened why and went ahead very professionally. I can say the same about the finance department and other contact I had at the dealer. Most importantly, when I declined an extended warranty, they did not pressure me. That says a lot.

Shocked

There is so much that has gone wrong when doing business with this location that I do not have the time to type all of the details. Here is a broad list: *Terrible customer service *Rep Sandy is consistently without professionalism and kindness. Not just us; I've witnessed her do it to many others. *They LOST our vans TWICE. How does this even happen? *They lost our keys *On two occasions, they say they completed work, but it doesn't show up as completed in their system *Scheduled appointments were not fulfilled by them *They tried to send us away with a partially completed recall TWICE on SEATBELTS This isn't a couple of bad visits. This is consistent over the half dozen times we have been there.

Perfect service!

I bought a used car two weeks ago and the battery was going to need to be replaced it was the original battery. I tried to drive the car yesterday and the battery was dead, so I charged it over night and called Baxter to replace the battery and they said they were busy at 12n. So I just drove there to drop off the car and figure I would come back later when it was ready. I parked at the wrong building and when I figured that out I went to drive my car to the right building it was dead. I walked over to the service building and met Travis he was fantastic! I showed him where my car was parked and took a charger, we got the car started and I took it right into the service bay and at no time at all he changed the battery which I was not expecting at all. You have a new customer now for my ford. Thanks you so much Travis!

Prices changes when they put papers to sign in front of you

Agreed to a price. Arrived back to take delivery and the price is more and vague. Said the price agreed upon wasn't the price and wanted more. Got up and walked out Then I get three calls saying I was right about the price and the manger made a mistake. They called me a liar in many ways without using the word. Than said thier lack of communication between themselves was the problem and I was right I everything I said. Not to be trusted. Buyer beware

Keep going back

We keep going back to Baxter. We don't always have the best luck with the tail end of the sales, but our sales person has always been good to us. Wherever Sean Thies sells cars is where we will buy them from.

RECYLED oil used if you have a service contract!

We purchased our vehicle with a maintanance contract for oil changes etc., from Baxter Ford on West Dodge. I was in the area of Baxter South and needed an oil change,they said they honor the coupons from the other Baxter Ford. After the oil change, I noticed the sticker on the window said ECO oil. I asked them and they said with a contract you get RECYLED oil. If you pay,which I thought I did with the contract, you get NEW Ford oil. I called Baxter on West Dodge they said they only use New Ford oil. BEWARE of BAXTER SOUTH. At they least could of told you up front. It is obvious this manger does not operate by the same morals as the one on Baxter West. I am eating the rest of the contract and taking my business elsewhere.

Good experience purchasing new vechile.

Came to dealership to speak to Justin Walls about buying a new vehicle. He introduced us to Ed Schlegel stating Ed knew everything about the Ford Edge and would be a big asset in helping us find one. Needless to say Ed was very helpful in finding us the perfect Edge. Just want to give a big Thank You to these two guys plus your finance team.
