Ran into Larry at a gas station, he mentioned he sold car for the Karl Malone (the mail man). When my wife and I came in he was helpful and respectful of our needs. Nothing worse than having to look for a replacement car after an accident. I tell you what though, after coming across a Ford Fusion Karl Malone Used Car Outlet had on line and made the dreaded phone call (so I thought)!! When Larry Cutolo came on the other line it was unlike any other conversation with a sales person. He listened and handled my situation professionally. Actually was encouraged to come down right then but could not find a sitter that late in the evening. So we set a time for the next afternoon. When I arrived Larry had the Fusion pulled up and cleaned for my inspection and test drive. The professionalism continued from start to finish. Hard to believe one person could know so much about so many different products. Larry made this a very enjoyable and painless process. Went in shopping for a specific truck. I came in at 8:55 (they close at 9) to look at the Truck.. Larry welcomed me with open arms and reassured me it wasnt a problem I came in so late. The entire staff was excited to be there and extremely personable! Larry and I set up an appointment for the following day and he did everything start to finish with efficiency and expertise! Would recommend him to anyone as well as Karl Malone!

Soo I walked in with my sister and i literally know nothing about buying a car and neither did she but anyways I was thinking I'm gonna see a car go home and think about it, but from when I got there to when I left Larry Cutolo made it super easy ! The guys in the office here were all very friendly, funny, and professional. They spent a lot of time showing me what they had to offer. I wasn't really expecting to buy a car the same day, but they got me a reasonable interest rate and monthly payment. I'm happy with the car I bought!

Matt kept it real with my experience buying a car today. I was in a unique credit situation because of just filing bankruptcy & Matt only showed me cars that would be possible for my situation. Came back the next week to have my car detailed (that was when I had time) & they offered to shampoo my son's car seat as well.
