Buying New; Selling Old

Titling the car with trust name was a problem which shouldn't have been after a conversation with lawyer. This will cause me to visit DMV and maybe additional fee?

Great service experience

Adam Oswald was great during the buying process and again when I needed something during a service visit. He listened both times and was a pleasure to work with.

In love with my new Kia Soul

From the moment we walked in to Ewald Kia I knew we'd be in good hands. The lady at the front desk was welcoming and got us to a very great salesman...Adam! He was funny, patient, and very knowledgeable he made a somewhat scary process easy and fun!! I got more than what I hoped to have with the budget I told Adam!! He gets you the most amazing deals...not to mention his demonstrations are priceless :) Once we decided what I wanted it was on to our finance guy...Eric! Who knew signing papers for a car could be entertaining and seamless! !! Eric took good care of us too! All over a great car buying experience and when our family needs a new car we WILL be seeing our friends at Ewald Kia. Thank you for everything! !!!!!

Poor Customer Service

EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I made an appointment to view a car, drove two hours (back and forth) to look at it, and the salesperson wasn't even at the location, just an "internet salesperson." Why bother to make an appointment to look at a car? What a waste of my time. When I asked the front receptionist why the car wasn't ready or salesperson available, her response was "well some people show up and some don't." If they treat potential customers this poorly, I can just imagine how they treat their existing customers who aren't looking at spending thousands of dollars.

Great Service, People and Cars!

I have been a customer of Ewald in Oconomowoc for many years and have had interactions with various departments. Ewald KIA in Oconomowoc did a great job this past weekend in helping me get into a brand new KIA Optima! The overall car buying experience was very pleasant thanks to the people working there, and I left a very happy customer. My salesperson, Shannon Karrow, was extremely helpful and tentative to my needs and wants. Going as far as having the car I wanted brought in from out of town, available for me to test drive when I arrived! She even helped me connect my phone and showed me how to use all the features the car had. The KIA facility is very clean and nice looking and also has an area for children to play or watch TV, which is great for entertaining my child while visiting the store. I have had different services done though the Service Department there and they are always fast and accommodating with repairs, oil changes and tire rotations. The rest of the Ewald KIA employees are always very nice, and the Finance Manager made the process quick and painless. I would recommend Ewald KIA and Shannan Karrow to anyone looking for a new car and enjoyable experience.

Great friendly staff. Facility and cars priced gr

The salesman above and beyond what was expected. My salesman Steve Svec was super helpful and very knowledgable. I'm a single mother with two teenage drivers. Steve made it so I could leave driving a brand new Kia Optima. Thank you.

Horrible Customer Service w/Brian & General Manage

Horrible experience. I came with a pre-approval from Capitol One ready to buy. When I called ahead I spoke with Rich and he said "Capitol One is on of the biggest financial institutes we work with" when I got their they proceeded to tell me lies and story. First I was passed off to Brian and he said "well there is 2 different Capitol ones, one internal and one external. We only work with the auto finance Capitol one not the credit card" after I corrected him he told me hold on so he can call Capitol one.b Then the manager came out to tell me that they need to contact the owner of the company to see if he wants to do the deal because it's "tricky" with Capitol One but he will call me first thing tomorrow morning! The next day I called them 5 times each time to say I will get a call back and nobody called me back at all. I never been to a place so ok with not making a sale. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

Working with our financing team and given the situation, we were waiting to receive the approval from CapitalOne and it was communicated to you that you would be notified once that was finalized. As of today, we have received your approval and have called you to verify that. It has also been communicated to us that you would come in to take delivery on your new vehicle today. We hope to see you in later and to rectify this situation. We apologize for any miscommunication or misunderstanding with the process.

Ewald Kia of Oconomowoc

On a very limited for time schedule, we visited this dealership with a specific car in mind and really only 1 requirement. The salesperson was new and was honest about that right away, but I wish that when we were honest about our time limitations that he would have considered that and maybe asked someone more experienced to help him. He showed us multiple cars that did not meet the criteria which was frustrating. It did not seem like the dealership would work with us on adding a small feature to a vehicle in order to close the deal. I was very disappointed with the lack of feeling valued, lack of interest to gain our business, and not being shown what I needed. The salesperson was very nice and with more experience, he probably will do fine. But for a person with an infant and who works out of town so has very little time to shop locally, it was frustrating to take up so much time on cars that would not work for me.
