Ewald Kia customer service

Mr. Santiago was very easy and great to work with. He helped me figure out what I was looking for and narrowed down the selection to some excellent options. He was very oriented with car details and made the overall process very simple and stress free. I would recommend working with him at Ewald Kia for new or used car buyers!

Purchase of 2010 Malibu

My son bought a 2010 Malibu and they did not want to provide two keys with working fabs for the car. They were also very pushy about the extended warranty. I would hope they could stand behind what they sell.

Knowleadgable Staff and Great Service

I recently bought a 2014 Kia Sportage from Ewald Kia of Oconomowoc. The team that helped me was fabulous. Shannon, who sold me the vehicle was very knowledgeable and really helped me find the car that best suited my needs. The managers Tom and Chris were also great. They made the process go quickly and smooth. I defiantly recommend if shopping for a Kia, you visit Ewald. They are professional and give you their full attention to find the right vehicle for you. ?

They never leave you alone.

The Service department won't leave you alone. Numerous attempts via email and phone and they still keep contacting me to come in for my scheduled appt. Hate to tell you (oh wait I have several times) I don't own the car anymore and you promised to remove me from your distribution list. I would never recommend buying a car here because the hassle is painful!!! Please just make it stop!!!

Very unorganized people

Waste of a trip. Drove out thinking it would be less pressure then big city. No idea what they were doing. Ewald's have no clue how to sell a car.
