2022 Raptor

This is my second experience ordering, receiving and purchasing a vehicle from Labrum Ford in Heber and they are absolutely awesome to deal with!!!! Don?t waste your time anywhere else Labrum is the place to go!!!!

Great Dealership!

Awesome experience at Labrum Ford! They even did a home pick and delivery for a small mechanical issue on the car. Amazing customer service!

Labrum Ford lies!

Labrum Ford in Heber City, UT Installed a warranty transmission in my F350 6.7 diesel in October 2021. In June of 2022 I had problems with the transmission not shifting into drive after it was warmed up. After the service department looked at the truck I was told because I had deleted the emissions system, because it failed 3 times before, the warranty on the transmission was void AND the delete was what caused the the transmission to fail! This was not true and Labrum Ford was not only wrong about the warranty, but the transmission failed do to the main pump and control valve being bad. Another dealer tore the transmission down and fixed it under the Ford warranty! I would seriously caution anyone trust Labrum Ford with service on their vehicle. Because not only do they lie, but don't know what they're talking about!

These guys were awesome! Honest! Helpful! And definitely went above and beyond for me! I would send my kids to them and know they we’re taken care of! We will be back
