Really poor experience. I have known one of the family members for a long time ( he no longer works at the dealership) and they told me that I was in good hands with skylar. I let them know that I am ready to move forward with a truck. With my current truck, they lowballed me at 41k when 3 other dealers came in at 50k. They stated that is " Utah Pricing"......KBB and NADA came out at 51k. This dealership could be one of the worst experiences that I have had. We have bought cars off them in the past as well. We will take our business to the 3 other dealers.

I had a good experience with the sales staff, they were very friendly and very attentive and extremely helpful. we took several vehicles out for some long test drives, they were helpful with questions.

Jim was awesome to deal with and worked hard to find the F350 that I wanted. Would recommend buying a truck from Labrum. Financing was awesome ,fast and they found me a great interest rate.

I have had my Vehicle’s serviced at Labrum’s for years. They have always taken great care of my vehicles. Whenever I’ve had a question about repairs they have taken the time to explain to me the best course of action. I have purchased many vehicles from Labrum’s as well. Their purchasing process is super easy and can usually be done in about 30 minutes. That’s a great perk because I’ve referred many family members to them and Labrum’s has always taken care of them.

Passing through heber city went in for oil change, after returning to my rv park found oil running down filter went purchased filter wrench and tightened, then while traveling to idaho check engine light came on 100 miles out, code for turbo,note never had check engine light before, coincidence or not I believe not, good luck if you take your diesel there
