Chris was truly amazing from the moment I walked in! I came in looking to trade my previous car, and he made me feel seen, heard, and truly valued as a customer. I’ve had bad experiences with other dealerships in the past, but nothing compares to the outstanding customer service Chris and the entire staff provided. They were kind, professional, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I felt confident and supported every step of the way. Joe was a phenomenal salesman.

Joe was a phenomenal salesman. He was very attentive and called back yesterday to follow up with the transaction. I know he’s young in his career of sales, but he is going to be a phenomenal salesman

Horrible service department.

Horrible service department. Made an appointment for diagnostic testing and it took them 3 days to look at the car. Communcation through text and phone calls was terrible. They would answer the text after 3-4 hours and phone on hold for 20 min. and then disconnect you. They never updated you unless you reached out to them. Car was also not put back together properly.

Jason made the process of car shopping smooth and there

Jason made the process of car shopping smooth and there were no gimmicks or pushy sales tactics. On the other hand I want to mention that the service department is lacking and almost kept me from buying another car from this dealership. So glad I gave them another chance and got to work with Jason Lomelino. Thanks for your help, I love my new Wrangler!
