Fast, reliable and efficient! Prior to going to their dealership , I was Turned down because of bad credit and repossessions. They were able to get me into the car I wanted at a great monthly note with a credible bank! Would highly recommend this dealership when searching for a car.

We have been always checking out cars at this dealership, being that we are from tge neighborhood. We recently purchased a Jeep Commander. The purchase process wad simple we got pre-approved online,and got a response back in seconds. We found a few small things that needed to be taken care of and they were on top of it. We got the vehicle in the time promised after the minor repairs.

Having just relocated to LA I was in need of a decent car. I've bought a lot of vehicles over the years so I know a good dealer from a bad one and these guys are up there with the best! After doing a lot of searching on the internet I found Hawthorne Motors Express and was simply drawn to them by all the positive customer reviews and on driving the 20 miles to their lot I wasn't disappointed. Sara and her father know the true meaning of keeping the customer satisfied with great friendly honest service and very decent well maintained car stock. I purchased a Ford Explorer from them. Within 3 days it developed a brake problem and they referred me to their mechanic who diagnosed a faulty ABS sensor in the wheel bearing and it was instantly replaced with no fuss - GOOD SERVICE!! When I need another vehicle I shall be contacting them again without hesitation.

Honest ,gave me carfax and showed detailed receipt with what they did .Low miles on high end cars. Also gave me copy of credit reports.Showed me all the finest details on my GL450 . I love how my new SUV was ready for the family ,not like others where you might have to fix something. They truly care about their customers . Thank You ! Will see you in time.

I went to this place not knowing what would happen. It was early, I was having a bad day and I didn't know what to expect. From the beginning they made me feel comfortable. My process was easy, they worked with my credit issues and got me in the car that I wanted. They did everything they could to make me happy and they were so patient with me. I recommend them for all of this reasons. Go and get a car today!
