I went back several weeks later with a problem and they fixed my car at no cost to me. They handled my situation with great professionalism and never once hinted it was my problem to handle. After searching for quite a while, I located the car I had been looking for...from Central Calif. Sarah was very patient in working with me on this car from long distance. I had a chance to talk with her mom & dad, both very personable as well. They allowed my mechanic to come onto the lot and inspect the vehicle. The good report gave me the confidence to go ahead & make a deposit on the vehicle without seeing it. After several coordinating calls, Sarah's dad told me that since I was coming from a distance away, that if I got there and didn't like or want the car, I could have my deposit back. Who does that in today's business world. I felt very positive in the process. I came to Los Angeles a few days later, drove the car, looked it over and bought it. It came with a 30-day warranty. Nice. They filled up the tank before I drove off satisfied with the purchase. Good job in making the process smooth and friendly. No pressure whatsover. Very nice people...what more could a buyer ask for?

My husband & I have been searching for a car for our family for a while we had bad luck at every other car place we have been to! So my husband & I went on their website to check out the cars we immediately fell in love with a certain car. So when the weekend came we drove 2 hours to check it out. When we arrived we were immediately greeted and felt welcomed. We walked around and found the car. We test drove it and loved it ! So my husband and I decided to purchase it. We went inside and Signed all the papers . Hawthorne is a family owned business and they honestly made us feel like we were somebody unlike other car places we have gone too!
