Thely Amazing, this is my 4th car i bought from her. The reason i bought car from her because she cares about my needs and concerns. Vaden nissan of Hilton Head is so lucky to have her. She cares about her customers. When i bought my 4th car from her, she has 3 other customers she was working with. She is very attentive to all of them. She cares! Thats all i can say about her. I highly recommend her to all my friends and family. Go see Thely or ask for Thely if you need a car.

Everything was clean and orderly.
Everything was clean and orderly. Very efficient. A lot of good quality used trucks to choose from. Telly Daust was wonderful. She knew what I was looking for and very knowledgeable about the vehicle I chose, a 2023 Frontier.

Bought a 2023 Murano on January 19th.
Bought a 2023 Murano on January 19th. Part of the sale was they “Owed” me ceramic window tint, we’ll get to that later. Got it home same day and saw scratches in the front windshield where the dealer had scrapped off the stickers, deep scratches in the drivers side A-Frame, and one of the key Fobs didn’t work at all. Got with sales right away to address issues. Dropped off car to get all items fixed within a couple of days and was given a used loaner that was dirty inside with all kinds of trash and food stains everywhere. I assume it was a recent trade in that hadn’t been cleaned yet. Four days later I receive a call saying everything was fixed. Showed up to pick the car up and the key fob hadn't been fixed, the windshield was still scratched and the paint job was like an orange peel. Showed the GM everything that was wrong with it and he said he’d have everything done within a week due to his glass guy not coming back until the week after. I stated that if they couldn’t buff the scratches in the windshield out and a replacement was needed to call me first to discuss and that I would not accept an aftermarket windshield. A week later I was told the car was ready again. Key fob worked, windshield still scratched, and there was dirt under the most recent paint job. Fast forward 2 weeks later, I was told that the car was ready. The key worked, the paint actually looked good, and the scratches were gone in the windshield. The reason the windshield was good is because they replaced it. I never received a phone call as discussed previously AND they put an aftermarket windshield in. I at this point refused to accept the vehicle and requested they find me another Murano which they agreed to. Replacement 2024 Murano was finally ready and delivered April 16th after multiple phone calls and texts pulling information from the dealership/salesperson. Information was never pushed to me. When going through the new paperwork at delivery I noticed that the “We Owe” was blank and did not mention the window tint like the original deal so I wrote it in there. The delivery driver/salesperson stated I’d get copies of all the signed paperwork the next day. That also didn’t happen. I had to follow up with the dealership MULTIPLE times to get anything. What I didn’t get was a copy of the “We Owe” paperwork. Fast forward to the beginning of July. I couldn’t find the tiny company’s info from the original sale so I reached out to the original salesperson. No response. I called and left messages with the finance and sales team to have someone call me. No return phone calls. I had an oil change in September at their sister dealership is Savannah middle of September and brought the issue up with them. They said they would look into it. I obtained the new GM’s name at the Hilton Head dealership (Xavier) and have called and left messages for him to call me to discuss at least 4 times. NO RESPONSE!! I was told by the receptionist that she has sent multiple internal emails regarding the issue. NO RESPONSE!! I spoke the second salesperson, Dhruv. He said he’d look into it and talk with Xavier and get back with me. NO RESPONSE!! I have bought a lot of cars and this is hands down the WORST dealership. STAY AWAY!!

I have given Vaden Nissan many opportunities to return my phone calls which went unanswered. ONLY when I reached out to Nissan Corporate did Xavier finally reach out ONLY to try and strong arm me into accepting $80 to make it go away. Vaden Nissan has my information and is more than happy to reach out to THEIR customer to solve this the right way. The customer shouldn’t have to.

Looking Nationwide and narrowing the search We found this Sequoia late on a Saturday night. The whole transaction went so smoothly. After live chat on their website to verify it was on their lot and the internet discrimination matched (other sites we visited had the wrong info quite often) We easily made an appointment, Everyone we dealt with from start to finish was so personable and helpful. In no time We agreed on a fair price. We went over our finance options. Warranty and service options.
