End of Month customer

I am sure that the dealership needed to meet their quota for the month and were helpful to make the deal happen. I am grateful for this, I got a good price and am very happy with my new Tucson. I made a mistake on the name of the salesman- It was Ryan Gibb. He did his best to get me a good deal and I was very happy with his service- I would certainly recommend him to anyone I know looking for a car.

Great Service

I set an appointment to have my 15000 mile service for my SANTAFE. My service rep., Brian Casey checked me in. I was asked if there were any problems other than my scheduled service. I said no and I was informed that my "service tech", WALDO, would do a once over inspection to be sure something wasn't about to fail that I didn't know about. I was then asked to take advantage of their waiting room. While waiting, Brian came over to me to give me an update on what was being done and an estimated completion time. Once completed Mr. Casey brought me my keys and went over the completed paperwork including the inspection results. All in all it was a plesent and positive experience.

Excellent

I had my Santa Fe serviced here. The quality of service was very good, and done in a timely matter. Jared Ziemak was very service oriented, nice, and efficient. The facilities are great: comfortable large chairs and sofas, free coffee, and WiFi. Time flew waiting there. I will bring both my cars here for service. Thank you for great service!

New car with Holly Abbasi

I met Holly Abbasi when I turned in my 2013 leased Elantra Holly Abbasi was very understanding to my situation. I told Holly Abbasi what I wanted in car and payment a matter of 1 to 2 hours I walking out to my new 2017 Elantra i am very happy I have talked to Holly Abbasi on other matters.She has been great.In 3 when my lease is up Holly Abbasi is the one I WILL go to. Saturday Morning

My low beams went out Friday night. I went to Crown Hyundai Saturday morning at 9 AM without an appointment to see Jarrett Ziemak. He arranged to get my car in for servicing. It took around an hour and I was out to go about the remainder of my day. Everytime I go to Crown Hyundai I am welcomed with a smiling face and professionalism. Between Jarrett and Ryan, they treat clients very well.

Awesome Customer Service

Bruce Brown was amazing. He answered all our questions and wasnt too pushy like other salesmen are. If I ever wreck my new car or decide to trade in, I would go back to Crown Hyundai first just because of him.
