Great Service
Visited Crown Hyundai for my regular oil change and other services. Ryan checked to ensure that there were no recalls listed for my vehicle and reviewed my past services and what services were recommended at my current mileage. He then listed the necessary services to be accomplished at this service visit. The work was completed in a timely manner and I was on my way. This was a very pleasant experience.

Correct Crown, Wrong Dealership
Made an appt which I thought was for Crown Hyundai for a faulty power window and oil change. Arrived early, the time services open, but they couldn't find my scheduled appt on their roster. I had to find my email on my mobile, while Jarett Ziemak & Ryan Murray, also looked through their database unsuccessfully finding nothing. They so generously decided to accept my car for services despite my scheduled appt wasn't listed (found the email and it was for Honda... really don't like touch screens). I was relieved because the passenger window was stuck down and weather predicated rain for the next day, and where I reside I didn't have a garage. Also, Ryan informed me about the complimentary car alignment which needed attention, or later face consequences with replacement tires... An additional cost I didn't want, but he saw that I had the Crown Hyundai promotional card which would assist a discount in labor costs. Then he suggested a car wash, which I agreed. Ryan did indeed with the promotional card saved me money for all three services . Both Jarett Ziemak & Ryan Murray performed above the norm, THANKS, GUYS!!

First Time Car Buyer Happy
I walked in wanting to explore my options. I already had a car picked out and ready to buy at CarMax, but I wanted to see if I could get a similar or better deal on a new car. Tony showed me the newest model of the car I was interested in at CarMax. After some haggling, I found out a new car was definitely the better deal.

Hyundai Service Dept
I went to Crown yesterday for routine service on my '13 Elantra GT. BRIAN Casey is my service writer and per usual he was most helpful in seeing that I received the appropriate care for my car. He also noted a recent computer recall and had that taken care of while I was there. I complained about my trunk latch not opening and after Inspection the latch was replaced at no charge. I have always been treated with courtesy and have never felt pressure to perform unnecessary service...to the contrary, I have asked for wiperblades etc and been told I "didn't need them" at this time! Not many dealerships around like Crown.

service recall
Our Hyundai had a service recall. I dealt with Ryan Murray. He was very pleasant to deal with. When the service was completed, I had a engine light on the dash that I didn't have before. He promptly had somebody take the car back to service department to get it corrected. He made sure everything was correct before I left. Good job!
