I originally bought the vehicle 11/29/24.

I originally bought the vehicle 11/29/24. I had to return to the dealership 12/9/24 because the dealership did not provide temporary registration when I purchased the vehicle. I went to the dealership again 1/27/24 to ask when the registration would be transferred. I spoke to you directly, you answered immediately "we have 90 days". I assumed that was true so I left. I then called the dealership 2/17/24. I asked to speak to a manager regarding this matter. I was told the manager would call me back. I never received a call. I went back to the dealership 2/24/24. I was told by the manager to call Monday 2/26/24. I called was told he filed an extension with the DMV and will email me documentation. I never received an email with documentation. Now my temporary registration will be expired.

We traveled from San Diego to come into the Santa Ana

We traveled from San Diego to come into the Santa Ana location for a specific car. From the time we arrived to the time we left, Darrell provided a great experience. He was easy going, knowledgeable and did not pressure us to do anything we didn’t feel comfortable doing. We’re happy we were able to make Darrell’s first sale happen. It made the drive up well worth it.

I was interested in a car and made an appointment for the

I was interested in a car and made an appointment for the next day. Upon my arrival to the lot I was told the car was sold. Instead of calling me and informing me the vehicle was sold they allowed me to drive 45 minutes. I viewed another vehicle which I had interest in to which no assistance. I waited on the phone for 27 minute with no one answering. I called again, expressed my interest , told I would receive a call just to not receive a call or email. This business is unprofessional and anyone should think red flags when a business that relys on customer service to make a profit does not return phone calls or own up to their words and promises. I should of listened to the reviews that I read before going

1/28/2024 I bought a 2007 Lexus ES-350 May 3, 2022 here.

1/28/2024 I bought a 2007 Lexus ES-350 May 3, 2022 here. I asked for new tires to be placed on the car before finalizing my deal.The sales girl Yami said it had new tires on it. She lied. I did not know until multiple problems happened from 2022-2024.The car has cost me over $4,500. in repairs since I bought it with only 65,474 miles on it. Now I have 79,000 miles. I had to get a new starter, new battery, new ignition Coil, new engine parts, & new tires last week just for new tires $1,462.36 at "Just Tires in Orange, who were terrific. I wrote a complaint letter to CA Motors Direct1 to refund the cost of my new tires only. On the Better Business Bureau they have many Negative reviews customers reported. I added my complaint. I will Not Trust this dealership again as they don't solve any negative reports, so they have No Integrity. Stay Away from them for your own sake.
