Excellent Parts and Service Department

I had such a great experience I will bring my truck to Bob Stall Chevrolet for all future service and parts. Both departments were professional and helpful.

Great service

Greg was great, they even washed my car for me. We used your shuttle. Everything was great except for the hair I found in the donut. Redish, long wavy hair. yuck!!

Warranty issue

Vehicle issue was fixed, left a stain on my interior roof, didn't bother to wash my vehicle when it was returned to me.

GREAT SALES DEPT. VERY THOUROUGH AND KNOWLEDGABLE

Walt McGrath is my go to person at Bob Stall but he sent Julie Cooper to see me and Julie did an outstanding job throughout our entire deal. Julie is very knowledgable when it came down to the cars features and she is very geuine.

Suburban recall and oil change

Very good service. I appreciate the shuttle service. The one thing that was missing was the reminder sticker in the dash window for my next oil change per mileage. Had to wait a few minutes extra so they could print one out and put in the window.

Great truck buying experience

My sales guy Chuck T was awesome to work with. After our test drive I told Chuck I still have to test drive a RAM and Ford. He completely understood and said he would touch base with me the next day. After my other test drives I decided the Chevy 3500 would be my new truck. Chuck was ready and the process was easy.

It doesn't get any better!

2014 Stingray needed service - called Greg White and got it scheduled - it was easy. Service was performed promptly and I was on my way in less than an hour - awesome customer service! This is why I have been a customer for over 15 years and own 3 Chevy products.
