Excellent service

Our salesman was so outstanding we forgot we were buying a truck and felt more like we were visiting a life-long friend.

Great customer service

I spent years working for Quick Lube plasces like Jiffy & Valvoline. I used to hate it when customers took their keys. I totally took my keys with me!!! I felt so silly, however, Davor sent the courtesy shuttle to come get my keys. That was really awesome! My wife would have been really angry if I had to have her come get them and bring them back. Thank you! Oh, yeah, and they did not make me feel silly about it. Thanks again, I know how annoying that is.

Great service and compassion.

When I took our new Traverse home, just 2 miles from the dealership, we were rear-ended by a 17 year old boy. I called Oswald and he said to bring it into the body shop. I did. Then I had surgery the next day. A week later, they brought the car to my house, while my husband was at work. That was awesome service! The car is just as it was when I picked it up the first day! I still haven't driven it, as I am in a cast and can't. I can't wait to drive it.

Strainght forward deal, no games

It was straight forward, no games. The price of the truck quoted with discounts on the phone was exactly as it appeared. I was given the link to value my trade-in and got $100 over what was extimated on that site which was higher than other sites for estimation. Again, everything was straight forward.

Friendly and reliable - a great experience!

Great customer service

Customer service was great. Waiting area was accommodating for adults and children. I had my 2 year-old son with me while waiting for almost 4 hours for car to be serviced. He was very happy so it made waiting stress less. Davor from Service department was helpful. The only thing is I had to come back next day because another issue but was only charged for part.

Superior service and a shining facility.

Great selection, friendly staff
