Steve did a great job of explaining any questions that we had in purchasing our Honda CRV.

Stopped in to see Steve Sender's, the internet sales manager. On the way in Steve called and answered questions we had on the cars. When we articles he had them both ready to drive worth keys in hand. We bought the one he was pulling out of the wash as we walked up. Their finance team was also extremely polite and helpful. Not only did they get us the best rate, they took the time to discuss different options and helped us stay in our budget. The whole process was very fast. We got a great deal on the car and had a great experience. Thanks Team.

Team Honda of Merrillville was absolutely wonderful. I was looking for a low-cost yet reliable used car, and Team Honda certainly delivered. Wait time was a bit long, but the dealership was very busy that day. I was very satisfied with the warranty offered for the used car, and they even worked with my less-than-stellar credit to finance. I worked with Steve Sandejas, and he was absolutely wonderful in helping me get the car I needed. There was no pressure to buy. He was simply friendly and professional. I would definitely buy a car from him and Team Honda again.

Had a good buying experience. I was able to go into team Honda look at the car I found online and purchase it for what I wanted to ot monthly and I walked out the door in my new car with out any aggravation 2.5 hrs later from the time I pulled into the lot. Overall was very happy and I can't complain. Very nice staff and they will work with you.

Outstanding customer service. I was granted an extended test drive to make sure all the kids fit in the backseat. I had a specific budget in mind and my sales person, the finance manager and the sales floor manager all worked together to make it happen. Thanks guys!

Let me start by saying that I don't like going into car dealerships; it's like you are a piece of fish at a Seagull convention.. Team Honda broke that mold. Went in to look at a cheap used car for my son. No pressure up sell. No look over here. Straight forward and down to Earth. When it look like we were going to have to postpone and further dealings, they didn't block the exits. Instead it was "give us a call when you are ready." We left - got about 1/4 of the way home, and they called to ask if the dropped the price and deal would it be workable...Yes! Deal done. This was the fastest and best experience i have ever had buying a car. My car broke down the day before I had to make a 12 hour drive back to school. I was able to get a good car for a really good deal in a really short amount of time. I am very grateful for how helpful the people at this dealership were and i would definitely recommend it to someone.

My car broke down the afternoon before I had to drive 12 hours to get back to school. I came to this dealership looking for something that I could get fast and affordable. The people here were really helpful and did not try to take advantage of my desperate circumstances. I got a good really good deal on a used car and got it really fast.
