Excellent salesmanship
Steve Doss was super helpful and patient while my husband and I were debating which car vs SUV would be right for us. We never felt pressured to but and he was truly helpful when it came down to the price of the vehicle. We would definitely recommend this dealership and Steve Doss!!

Great Experience!
I bought a used car at the Team Honda store today and I could not be any happier with my experience. I had Kevin as my salesman and he was very professional and knowledgeable about the car that I ended up buying. They also made sure my car was in great condition before I drove it off the lot. Overall, it was a great car buying experience (which are hard to come by) and I highly recommend to anyone looking for a new or used car to visit this store and staff!

Joe Basile Lied About My Radio
If you're looking for a good experience purchasing a used Honda, DON'T shop here. Salesperson Joe Basile and his sales manager could clearly care less about honesty and integrity. In October 2015, I drove to the dealer from Illinois to specifically look at a 2005 Honda Odyssey to use as a second vehicle for transporting my show dogs when I didn't need my big truck. Made an appointment with Joe Basile and test drove the Odyssey. Discussed that the radio seemed to get poor reception and he assured me it was just the area and the radio worked fine. Purchased the vehicle and picked it up a week later - no radio reception when I started it up in the parking lot and after driving it around the lot, Joe was able to find ONE radio station. Joe then opens a compartment to show me an aftermarket USB/audio jack that had been installed and told me I could listen to music from my phone instead of the radio. Left the dealer and was not able to get radio reception the entire trip home. Called Joe and asked him to look into it so the service department could get it fixed. Never heard another word from him, despite leaving numerous messages. So I called the Sales Manager who told me they sold the car "as-is" and despite Joe's representation the radio worked fine before I purchased it, they would do NOTHING to fix it. And he got downright nasty to boot! Joe Basile outright lied to me and hid the fact that an aftermarket device had been added to the car before I purchased it. This dealership could care less about honesty and service after the sale. The problem was easily fixed by a local audio shop for $175 by removing the defective aftermarket FM transmitter that had been installed and replacing it with a new USB/Audio Input unit that was plugged directly into the radio with a wiring harness, not the antenna. SHAME on you Joe Basile and Team Honda!

Joe Basile is Amazing!
I have never felt more comfortable buying a car than at TEAM Honda. Joe Basile is so Honest about vehicles, reliability, economy, comfort and price! I have bought many vehicles from Joe Basile in the past and I Love My CR-V! I would never shop anywhere else for a car!

When I first came to Team Honda I didn't know exactly what I wanted, But Steve Senedejas picked the best car for my family, gave great customer service, was extremely friendly and worked hard for me. The financial manager m, Tom was equally great and did what he had to in order to help me and got me in and out! This was the best car shopping experience and will recommend them to everyone!

Great Sales Associate help!
My teenage daughter and I dropped into Team Honda, just checking inventory for a used car. We honestly, didn't anticipate finding one in within our price range. However, we were surprised! First we were greeted by a very helpful, friendly Sales Associate (Eddie Escalante). He understood what we were looking for, our price range and was very helpful. Ultimately, we found a car that was in our price range, test drove it, had our own mechanic check it out and left with a used car. Service was good from the time we talked in until after we left.
