Excellent services

Team Honda did an excellent job from the beginning of communicating, negotiating, and finishing the sale. My experience was enjoyable and thorough. The salesperson was friendly and very helpful.

Untrustworthy tactics, Keep clear

Would leave zero stars if possible Walked on the lot to look at a used vehicle that was marked on their website as a honda certified used vehicle, and was marked as a certified used car on the lot as well. Was told by salesman the vehicle was mismarked as being a "honda certified used vehicle" also was told the listed online price was incorrect as well. They also have no explanation as to why the prices and information changes. Tired of dealers like this that advertise one thing, and when you question them on it, they shrug their shoulders and say.."oh well, I dont know" I do NOT recommend this dealer and will be purchasing elsewhere

Honest, Straightforward, and High Value

Very simple. I did all my homework on line and in person to find what was a fair value. The salesman was honest and straightforward - no messing around. The initial - and final - offer came in so far below my "fair value" research that I purchased the CR-V on the spot, even though I was planning on delaying the purchase 3-6 months and just stopped in to check out was was new on the 2015 model. I could not be happier with how I was treated and with the deal I was given.

Great Service

I was very pleasantly surprised with my experience at Team Honda. Joe Fronek not only sold me a car, but he sold me on Team Honda. My entire experience was great. He was able to answer all my questions and find a vehicle that was a perfect fit for me. This is my first Honda. It will not be my last. Thanks Joe and Team Honda for a great vehicle and a great buying experience.

Will Return!

Salesperson Angel could not have been more patient and helpful. For a newer and younger employee his knowledge of the cars we looked at and test drove was quite impressive. Combined with a good sense of humor made our visit very relaxed and enjoyable.

a very good experience, from the time I walked in

These people really made sure I got exactly what I was looking for.I visited another Honda dealership and they was way off wasn't even friendly, didn't even try to meet me halfway, I'm so very pleased with my purchase
