Bought a 30,000 car, and was promised (before I signed

Bought a 30,000 car, and was promised (before I signed the deal) a couple of minor things would be repaired. When I called to set up the repair, Keith the mgr tried charging me to make the repairs! Will NEVER buy here again!! Liars and snakes!!

The dealership is well kept and clean.

The dealership is well kept and clean. The service department worked well together. The only problem that i have is it takes a little long for a oil change and tire rotation.

I was very happy with my experience at Ray in Fox Lake

I was very happy with my experience at Ray in Fox Lake during my last service visit. My Galdiator experienced corrosion on the hood hinges and under body. The manufacturer cover the hood hinges and not importantly the dealer covered the underbody using the anti corrosion package purchased with the truck. Something people say is a waste of money just saved my truck. The dealer had won my trust and will remember them for my next purchase.

My last two experiences with ray's service center were

My last two experiences with ray's service center were not good. First, one was for an oil change tire rotation and check a tire that was slowly leaking, passenger front. They were unable to find a leak, no problem, but after a week or so the tire was low again and in the same location? obviously no tire rotation was completed. The second time was for a larger ishue that resulted in poor communication and lack of follow up by the service department and sales when I inquired about trading my vehicle in. Also when I picked up my vehicle my passenger wiper blade was missing.
