The service was good, but I know they are supposed to

The service was good, but I know they are supposed to vacuum it out. But when I got it back , that was never done. I brought 2 cars there for service that day and either one was not vacuumed out like they were supposed do.

Normally I would NEVER take my truck to the dealership to get work done. I am happy that I did. they found things wrong with my truck and fixed them or advised me to what was wrong without me asking or any sales pressure to get them fixed

I would rather go to the dentist than buy a car.

I would rather go to the dentist than buy a car. Ashley was great. She was so accommodating, and even Lindsay, the finance manager, didn't try to strong arm me into an extended warranty. He did a good job presenting my options, but when he realized I didn't want the coverage, he let it go. Thank you

Drove 130 miles and 2 1/2 hrs just to deal with Scotty

Drove 130 miles and 2 1/2 hrs just to deal with Scotty and Frank Barnes. Was also nice to see the owner Ray Scarpeli there helping put deals together and greeting customers. Even with the five hours of travel time I spent less time on this trip than I did getting higher prices at my local dealer in town. Upfront pricing and a lot of inventory to choose from. Bought a Truck from this dealer 10 years ago when I lived closer and I’m glad I checked their website. Saved me thousands!!!

Anna was welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable and helped us out. The issue I brought my car in for didn’t replicate itself but Anna made it clear that we could bring it in anytime it happens again. She also updated the car for some recall.
