I went in for an oil change and the employees were very friendly and welcoming. The free shuttle service was excellent and I was offered water and coffee. The employees here truly care about their customers.

The whole service department is helpful. Especially Jordan and Jorge. They value your time and is helpful with any service needs! Definitely not always a fun time getting your car serviced but they make it way less stressful.

Jordan and the service team were excellent in coordinating my service needs. Mini of WC fitted an NM Engineering sports exhaust to my Cooper S. It’s awesome and highly recommended to replace stock or JCW exhaust.
