Poor Customer Service Counter
When I got to the dealership to retrieve my vehicle, the lady at the counter gave me the wrong paperwork and the wrong car keys. She just went straight asking just for the last name and not confirming any other information, right after that, I paid for what I thought it was my service, however, the lady at the counter gave me the wrong paperwork and the wrong car keys after I paid, that meaning that she made pay for someone else's service, I mean, what kind of professionalism is that? right after I found out that it was not my vehicle and neither my service I spoke to the lady at the counter and "voided" the transaction, however my bank institution handles the voiding process differently therefore I would not get my money back right away. After such thing, she gave me the correct paperwork for me to pay, however, she was acting like nothing happened and giving me a fake apology about it. The attitude was not right on her. You have to verify the customer's information before giving away a vehicle after a service. This is not a fast food chain, is a Mercedes Benz dealership. Thankfully my advisor Laura took care of the situation. Thankfully I was provided with a discount in regards to the inconvenience, but I do not think I would drive again 45 minutes to the dealership for this kind of situations.

Great place to get service and purchase
This shop will pick up and deliver and they offer a loaner. Very pleased with Kathleen and the service she provided. Will continue to use this location

Katie was exceptional checking in my car and arranging a loaner car to be delivered to my house. She made sure I was kept up to speed on everything that was being done to my car, and when it would be finished. Katie exemplified why I always do business with Field’s.
