Be it sales or service, SMC is the place to be. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff to deal with. I could deal with dealerships closer to home however I feel it is worth it to go the extra distance for my automotive needs. I feel the sales staff works hard to satisfy my purchasing needs and I have total confidence in their service department including quick lane. I wouldn't want to deal anywhere else.

Stopped by the dealership on Sunday checking out the ford escapes really liked the blue one so I stopped in on Monday and spoke to Amber about it took it for a ride and really liked it Amber was a big help and had great customer service bought the car and I am very happy with it I have bought several cars from Sunbury Motors and they have always been great to work with

This dealership should be the model on how all dealerships should be. Outstanding customer service and went beyond to take care of our purchase. We traveled almost 3 hrs to purchase the vehicle and they stayed past their closing time to complete our purchase. The employees are courteous, honest, and trustworthy. Everything was thoroughly explained, they answered all our questions, and made it easy. I would make the trip again if I purchased another vehicle. Do yourself a favor and get away from the big high pressure car dealers and go to one that is in a small town who really cares about your business. 5 stars every day!!!!

I couldn’t have asked for a better buying experience than I had with my saleswoman, Ashley, and finance manager, Alphonso. Ashley was very responsive from our first communication through the purchase of the vehicle and Alphonso worked hard to get me the best available financing. I would recommend them to anyone!
