On 6-6-23 I took my 2016 Kia Soul EV+ in for a safety recall. Upon arriving at the service entrance, a service rep immediately met me at my car. I was ushered into the service lobby where all pertinent information was exchanged and I was offered a ride to and then back from a restaurant where I could have breakfast. How good is that! A very professional and courteous service staff. Thank you all 👍

Everything was handled professionally and timely. Hanna was great took the effort to make sure the service was all explained. The rental department also took good care of me .

Had a great eperience at this dealership. Didn't plan on buying new SUV when I arrived but drove off the lot in a new one! They treated me with respect and no hard sales tactics. All the employees were very courteous and friendly. As I got out of my car, a young man greeted me and opened the door for me to enter the building. Then I was greeted by Jason Crosier. He took down all of the information needed to service my vehicle. Jason was very helpful. The service needed was completed in a timely manner and my car was returned to me vacuumed and clean. Bought my 2020 Telluride from these folks and have used my maintenance package over the years with them. They have always been kind, courteous, and patient when handling my vehicle, offering complimentary cleaning(and coffee!), and staying proactively communicative during vehicle servicing. While I was waiting, they sat with me and answered my questions about the possibility of owning an electric vehicle.
