I have purchased several cars from west hills going back to 2003. My recent service experience was excellent. Jason made it convenient and easy and the work was completed ahead of time. Highly recommend.

I have been going to West Hills Kia for 3 years now and have nothing bad to say, Jason and Audrea have been good to me as I get oil changes monthly due toy job. The $199 3pk special has saved me tons of money!!! My 2019 Kia is at 208k and going strong! My only complaint, I wish the oil package included the Tire Rotation.

Truly an enjoyable time with everybody there... we got the car we wanted with all the features we wanted and right away... really happy with West hills Kia.

I was pleasantly surprised with my experience at West Hills Kia. My service advisor MaeKayla was awesome and walked me through everything keeping me up to date on everything that was done/was requested to be done on my vehicle. MaeKayla had great customer service skills and really made our whole interaction feel more personable! She talked to me like a normal human and not someone who was just trying to sell me things. The oil change process is also very quick and efficient which im very appreciative for! Will definitely keep coming to West Hills Kia for my maintenance.

I had a bit of a rocky start with a car purchase at West Hills Kia during COVID, but they have made a complete turnaround and I bought a new Kia Soul about a week ago. I absolutely could not have been happier with the entire experience. The salesman, Colton, was friendly, knowledgeable, and careful to get me the exact car I wanted, down to finding the color interior and exterior I sought. I never felt any pressure from him to buy a car that I didn't want. I also had a very good experience with the General Manager, Ken. Cody in Financing was helpful and made sure to guide me to options and a payment I could work with. I do not hesitate to recommend West Hills Kia to anyone seeking a hassle-free buying experience.
