Oil Change, tire rotation

Everyone was so nice. I pulled up to the service door and it opened! My first time getting the truck serviced. They even corrected a recall that I didn't know about. I came right after work and I was starving so the popcorn was wonderful!

Regular Oil Change

They did a custom regular oil change & tires rotations. I was able to use a special coupon we received in the mail, to lower the price of having it done. I still do not understand why it took so long for it to be performed.

Tech damaged the roof of my car while performing oil...

Tech damaged the roof of my car while performing oil change and tire rotation. Did not see until I arrived at home. No one let me know it was damaged.

Staff are always super friendly and helpful. Work done on my vehicle is performed fast and perfectly. Easy to get an appointment. Love this dealership. James Smith was amazing. He went out of his way to make sure my toddler granddaughter was happy and entertained.

I'm less than impressed with my entire experience. If I wasn't completely drained from the past week of trying to buy this vehicle I would type a long review. However I just want to say that whatever y'all are paying KC in financing it's not even remotely enough. These finance companies drag their feet and request documents one by one.. Piece by piece. I can only IMAGINE what she deals with on a daily basis if many people's car buying experience was anything like mine because of these greedy banks. Whatever y'all pay her you need to give her a good $3 raise.
