After having our car totalled, we had to find another...

After having our car totalled, we had to find another car. We purchased our other car from Checkered Flag and was happy with the experience, so we figured, why not go back there. We pretty much knew which one we wanted, so that wasn't a problem. We just needed to get it quickly because our rental was up. We walked around for a while without anyone seeming to notice we were there, so we walked out to see who was out there. Mr. Webber seemed to be on a break, but stopped what he was doing to help us out. He let us testdrive the vehicle, no problem. We came back in and negotiated a price. Of course after not having a car payment for 5 years, that stunk, but we feel it was a pretty fair price. We came back the next evening to get it and Mr. Webber hung out even after he should have left for the evening. He tried his best to move things right along, because we had our kids with us and they were getting antsy. Overall, good experience, we love our car....it's helping us feel better about a bad situation we're in.(Car accident)

I just have to say Justin is an AWESOME car sales man,...

I just have to say Justin is an AWESOME car sales man, this was my first purchase by myself and not once did I feel insecure about the sale or uncomfortable. He explained everything and was so understanding with ALL my questions. I visited a couple of dealerships and by far one of the reasons I came back to the Toyota Dealership was because of him. He even met me there while he was on duty (he is active military). Love, love, love him and will send EVERYONE I know to him. As far as the dealership they get a high 5 also. Everyone was great at the dealership. Thank you so much!!!

From the moment I pulled in to the parking lot, when Josh was waiting for me with the 4Runner I wound up purchasing, all the way through to the team cleaning up the 4Runner in preparation for me to leave that same day with it, the service was outstanding. His was my second purchase with Checkered Flag Toyota. I appreciate the service provided by Mr. Aiden and the quick respods by the manager Tim Rayfield when I complained about the sales staff. The day before I made my purchase I visited the lot with my husband to look at a 2012 Camry unfortunately when drove on the lot none of the sales staff came over to talk to us. We were there for about 15 minutes, finally we drove away. Our goal was to purchase a car from a different dealer. I felt it would not be proper to not share my negative experience with the manage so I called and spoke to Mr. Rayfield. Mr. Rayfield was very apologetic for my experience offered to make things right for me. He even found my original dales person Mr. Aiden when I purchasd my first Camry. My experience with Mr. Aiden was wonderful. He restored my confidence in this dealership and helped me feel I was making the right choice to work with Checkered Flag. Mr. Aiden was thoughtful, kind, very professional and paid close attention to details so that he could meet my needs. After my purchase Mr. Aiden called and emailed me to ensure I was satisfied with my purcase and understood how to use the features. It's because of Mr. Aiden's great attitude and Mr. Rayfield's willingness to make things right that I will always be a loyal Checkerd Flag customer. I will make sure everyone I know make Checkered Flag their first stop when looking to purchase a car.

I stopped by for a test drive and the car was already on...

I stopped by for a test drive and the car was already on one - so I was a bit dissapointed. Had researched this car. Came back the next day and was in and out the door with the car in less than 2 hours. Everyone very helpful. The car was competitively priced (below KBB) so it was already a deal. Very happy with the purchase and the experience. Would return for another purchase.
